Delicious food, although the prices are a bit high, it's definitely worth it.

The croissant was very average. The ambiance was good not very warm. I didn't stay so I can't comment on service.

I have only experienced this place via the too good to go app and I have loved everything they have given me. I have tried pastries, sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, and bread and have been really happy with all of it. My only complaint is they close at 3:00. I wish they were open just a little later so I could swing by for some goodies after work.

Flavor was good overall, although the quiche Lorraine was a bit salty. Cashier was polite and brought the food to my table after it was heated.

It is my first time here and I decided to order their grab and go Vietnamese Cold Brew and their avocado toast with an egg. It was so delicious. I love the vibe here, and the service was very nice. I will definitely be visiting more often.

I would say 3.5 for food, and service is usually good from everyone except the Hispanic lady. She is rude, not welcoming, and shouldn't be in a service industry. Get a different job if you hate working there so much. Ham and Swiss croissant is tasty. The LB breakfast was pretty good as well, and the eggs (3) were cooked perfectly to my liking. The plain croissant I had one time was like a Costco croissant, so haven't tried it again. Enjoyed their blueberry Kouign Amann and financiers. They have brunch all day, but wish they were open longer (they close at 3). Free coffee drink with brunch item with Yelp check-in.

I went to the la Boulangerie of San Francisco in Irvine because I found it on the TooGoodToGo app and it looked very interesting! This is my 2nd time coming and the cashier lady was already mad when she heard it was for TooGoodToGo the person in front of me got 4 boxes I got 2. What's with the nasty attitude though?? The cashier lady looked like a Hispanic lady in her mid to late 30s she was mad and annoyed when the person in front of me left she scoffed and turned around to the other employee and said 4??!! (As in they came and took 4 TooGoodToGo to go boxes). When it was my turn I said 2 and she also gave me the same attitude like what did I do to you?? Why so mad for a $4.99 no food goes to waste order?? I've been here before and other employee working here was very nice except this lady I've never seen her before. Great food but bad service! I'd come here again but if I see her behind the counter I'll just leave. Please be aware of how your employees treat people. I have many food enthusiast friends that I could recommend here but with a nasty attitude employee it's hard for me to recommend anyone.

Delicious French onion soup and pastries! (eclairs, lemon pastries, etc.)

Sterile environment with mostly bare walls, and why is the only painting of a venetian canal? Isn't this supposed to be Parisian? The quiche was tasty with the eggs done right. Dressing on the salad was not very French but my spouse left most of his omelette and potatoes on his plate. Dry roll with no butter or jam offered. Very disappointing weak coffee. Not French at all. Staff were pleasant, took time to check on what we thought.

Service and drinks are above average but food is average. My French onion soup was mainly melted cheese and croutons with little liquid soup. The Fuji apple walnut salad was decent! Ambiance is cozy and cafe is situated in a prime, busy shopping plaza.

Food and coffee is always delicious. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. The dining area is clean and spacious.

I will agree to the previous review about bad service . I tend to come at about 2:45 and cashier with curly hair I believe, always give a look " what are you doing here, don't you see I don't have time for you " . It happened twice . Made me feel unwanted and bothering her. Please make your workers happier by good support , give them help or just find better happier people . I understand everyone could have a bad day but it happened twice already. And actually my latte came out very bitter which is unusual since I come often . I was even hesitating to drink it since it was made with such bad attitude !

Good is good for the price. But the cashier (the spanish lady) not to be rude. She is not a good customer service. I still come back for the food.

I don't often take time to write a bad review, but some places need it. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich because the cashier recommended it and i grabbed one of their pre-made lemonades. the sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise so much so that i couldn't eat the it because it was a sloppy, soggy, disaster. I took a couple of bites and threw the very over-priced sandwich away along with the full cup of lemonade that tasted like it was made from the lemon rinds. The best part was walking out of the deli and walking right into McDonalds across the parking lot. What a waste. Save yourself the money and make a PB&J at home, you'll be much more satisfied.
