Really bad service. One member of our party didn't get their food until 10 minutes after everyone else, waiter didn't even acknowledge the issue. Our table was in the corner and we were forgotten. Also found a fly in our drink right in front of waiter. No offer to correct. Worst service I've had in a long time
Great staff was greeted right upon entry & sat at reserved table, server was great. Food came out within good talking time from appetizers to dinner course. As holiday season approaches they're festivities have started offering gingerbread house material's with proceeds going to a cause.
We came in and were seated fifteen mins after our reservation. Not okay. I was in line and the three people at the reception desk instead took someone who walked in front of me. That was a bad start. I asked about my table and was told five mins. So I returned to the counter after five mins and told soon; this happened a third time so I sent my husband over. I requested a high chair and a booster, not set up. I had to ask again. Our food was forty mins out and my daughter whose bday we celebrated was the second to last to get food. We had our two meals that were later than hers comped. The server was EXCELLENT and deserved all the praise for making sure the night was good, but man I am still mad.
We usually love their food, service and ambiance but this visit something was off this visit. The fried chicken was quite overcooked which rendered it inedible; the brownie in the brownie sundae was so overcooked we couldn't eat it (or it was very old/dried out) . . and the food overall was okay but not the usual good quality and flavor we expected. We had a burger, side salad, ribs with salad instead of cole slaw, fried chicken and the sea bass. They had sold out of the trout, which was disappointing. Service was okay - our server was responsive when we told him about the chicken and apologized - he took it off the bill. The meals for four including drinks and 2 desserts was $201. That is a lot for the quality and quantity. We will probably not come back for a while. Expensive and the food wasn't as good as it had been on previous visits.
We had a lovely dinner on the patio with our digit was delicious and the service was great.
The service is great our server provided excellent service. Our group of 10 were completely satisfied.
had a great time the service was good, being member makes it easy to reserve a table and I really like the wine corkage policy
Rikki, our server was pleasant. We ordered 4 Entrees 2/4 was good. The ribs were a little dry and the nachos had too much jalapeños and a little of everything else.
The umami fries are delicious!

Attending show at Barclay theater. Lazy Dog takes reservations. Food was tasty and arrived promo. Tasty non alcoholic drinks were available. Service was excellent. Server checked regularly to check if we were satisfied. We will dine here again. I had the Sea bass and my wife had the Cobb salad. Both were delicious. It was perfect for our needs.
Price is great value

We went here for my husband‘s birthday with two kids and grandparents. It was perfect with delicious food, a couple of cocktails, and casual ambience. I will definitely go here again, I had forgotten about this place!
First time I went here was in a party of 3 with a little dog on a Saturday evening in August. We arrived around 8pm and had to wait only 5 minutes before we were seated at a table outside. They brought a water bowl for the dog. It was a bit chilly, so I had a hot chocolate with whipped cream, and they were very generous with the cream. The other 2 people in my group were vegetarian. We had the cauliflower ceviche, thai noodles, fettucine alfredo, and the teriyaki bowl. For the noodles, we ordered the shrimp and chicken to be delivered separately, and the chicken arrived very dry and rough, so probably not the best idea. The dog still gobbled up the chicken. Otherwise, all the food was delicious, and the serving sizes were big enough that each of us got to make a second lighter meal from the leftovers. We also got the hamburger bowl for the dog, and he slurped up all the meat pretty quickly, with the rice and veggies being consumed at home later. Service is friendly and quick, once you are seated. Dogs are not allowed in your lap or on the chair, and you'll see quite a few of them on the outside patio. Total including tips and taxes came to around 130 bucks, which is pretty decent given that it made 2 meals for each of us. While paying for this meal, they offered us a promo which allowed a complimentary small plate, starter, or dessert on our next visit.
So, went again with the dog, and this time I had the buffalo chicken nuggets appetizer which was complimentary, and he had his hamburger patty meal with rice and vegetables. This time though, I reached around 7:15pm on a Thursday evening, and had to get on a waitlist that took half an hour to get through. Spent it walking the pupper around the area.
