The food at this place is delicious, but I received poor service. I got the stir fry pork with green peppers and the cucumber salad appetizer and enjoyed both dishes. However, I waited for over 40 minutes and I was the only dine-in customer (there were a few takeouts). This restaurant is severely understaffed.

If you’re looking for authentic Hunan cuisine, this is the best place to go. The décor is nothing fancy, but every dish is cooked fresh to order with no pre-made ingredients. You can truly taste the original flavors of the food.

Great service, great food in a fair price! It is very authentic and well presented too. If you like Hunan style Chinese food this is a must-try!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants ever. Very authentic and delicious. Although portions might be a little small.

Haven’t been here in a while—this place’s stir-fried pork with chili is our favorite! Lucky to catch the June promo: free white rice and no tip needed for dine-in. 😃

Tasty dishes! At some point though the smoke from the kitchen was seeping into the dining area. But overall would come back

I ate at this place twice and the food might be decent but for both time I had a bad stomach after eating at this place. If you don’t mind having a bad stomach then go ahead.

The flavors are good but the spicy chicken we got had way too much bones-felt like more bones than meat :(
The twice cooked pork (forgive me if it’s not the proper name) was also tasty but very salty. The dessert sweet rice stick was amazing though, provably the best I have had.

The waitress had a very bad attitude on Monday morning.

This restaurant serves traditional Hunanese cuisine from Hunan, with a relatively simple menu. The flavors are standard and unremarkable. I suspect that the stir-fried pork might be made from leftovers, as the peppers in it were mushy, not as if they were freshly cooked. The dishes are priced between $10 and $20, which isn’t expensive, but the portion sizes are quite small. There is only one waiter in the entire restaurant, leading to very slow and unsatisfactory service.
