It was my first time to the restaurant and I was hesitating between different bowl options. Ellie, the staff at the counter, was very helpful and pointed out the burrata bowl option (I love burrata!) Feeling thankful already for the friendly service, I told her that I was ready to pay-- and then to my utter surprise, she told me that my meal was FREE and not to worry about it! My jaw dropped and I said-- no you don't have to do that!-- but she said it was her pleasure since it was my first time there. Wow! And the food was amazing too! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Luna grill locations for a while! They have delish food and the sauces are always yummy. The Spicy feta is one of my favs n paring it with fries is the MUST. The sweet girl Dani is absolutely wonderful! I don’t really write reviews but I was compelled to by her incredible service. Hope to see her next time I come around!

My dad and I go to this Luna Grill nearly every Monday. The staff is always so kind and generous, and the food is to die for. We've had great experiences across the board with this restaurant (both at the UTC location and at the one in the Spectrum Center). Could not recommend it more!

Edit: Also, I just have to mention something about Dani and Aline, who have both been wonderful to us. It is truly a bright spot in both of our days to see one of them at the register!

This location of Luna Grill gave me my worst experience of all Luna Grill I have ever been.
I got beef kobideh kabab, but the thing they gave me was gyros meet that they made it just look like a traditional beef kobideh kabab, it has a terrible taste, smell, and texture which it never was like this in other locations in San Diego and also the location in spectrum one. The girl always is not really friendly which made us uncomfortable to ask more about the question we had. In overall I like Luna Grill but definitely not this location.

I come to this location weekly and the staff is always friendly! Malina and the team also take the time to remember my order and name! The place can be busy around lunch time so if you are in a rush make sure to place an order online.
