I’ve been here multiple times and the food is good. However, today I ordered a mix and match and only got one half of my order and not the rest. I went back in to check and they insisted that I got all of my food when I didn’t. Slightly disappointed.

Dumplings are flavorful but todays service was a mess1. Water dispenser kicked out black flakes when we filled up a cup.2. Took 35 minutes to make our order. One employee working during this period (dinner rush on a Saturday) is probably not the best move3. After driving home we realize we had someone else's order. - and it wasn't something anyone in our home would eat. Wasted an hour with this orderI'm not sure how this concept went from award winning food truck to this.

Mad Dumplings in Irvine offered a tasty experience with a slight caveat: parking. Kiosk ordering was quick and convenient, while the fried "OG" dumplings lived up to their name. However, finding parking in the busy shopping center during peak hours could be a challenge.

If you can go to the one in Long Beach their customer service is much better. I love their fried rice but I requested that no mushrooms but they couldn’t accommodate that and had attitude when asking about it. The one in Long Beach gladly will do it just a bit more of a wait time.

Surprisingly tasty variation on Japanese, Korean and Chinese delicacies, at very reasonable prices! Offerings include fried rice, dumpling fusions and items such as Bulgogi Tots! As a like lunch before heading home, selected the Dumpling Set for $12.95 which consisted of four FriedChicken and Cheese Dumplings and four Traditional Pork Dumplings. Paired with a cold refreshing Jasmine Tea with Lychee. Very delicious and not too oily I am a fan!

Take out review - I was honestly surprised the fried chicken dumplings were REAAAALLY GOOD! We also tried their original that's not pictured and it was really tasty. Great flavor. They ran out of fries, so we ere given tots. They tasted like your typical frozen tots. Wish they could have added a sauce or something. Even a homemade ketchup to go with it. So it's was so blah! Only reason they didn't get a five star. Service was good. Food was hot. Definitely worth trying out.

Food 4/5Dumplings a little bit bigger than what we're used to. The sauces were good, not as strong as we're used to either. But the meats were good.You order on a kiosk and then have your food dropped off to you. Like a self service restaurant where you put your trash and trays away when leaving.

my roommate and i both got the OG dumplings with pork and chives and we shared the pork rice. we both loved everything about the food! very generous servings so we had plenty of leftovers, and the service was friendly

Once again excellent service and food! Ordered several rice bowls and bulgolgi fries this time. Family was very pleased and look forward to coming again to try the other foods they have to offer!
