I first discovered this bakery by chance through DoorDash while working as a Dasher. I picked up orders here several times, and one day when the bakery was especially busy and running behind, the owner kindly offered me one of their famous items. I tried it, and instantly fell in love. Since then, I’ve been coming back regularly.
I highly recommend this place! The service is always great, and the items are consistently fresh. Because everything is made fresh, orders can sometimes take a little longer, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. Please be patient the owner works incredibly hard to make sure every customer gets the best quality.

It is so good! The owners mom was so friendly. She made sure we left happy. The Titamisu Croffel got better with each chew. The Nutella Taiyaki is incredible! I only am in the area twice a year but I will definitely be back.

I went to this place today for the first time. I ordered a drink and a crofflle but ended up throwing it away. The lady who helped me didn't have her long hair tied and I noticed her hair touching the box and my drink while she was preparing. I wanted to say something before but I didn't so that was my fault. I would recommend going through the hygienic policies when it comes to food prep. It's called following safety code.

Was just in the area spending some time with my wife and was having a sweet tooth that was knocking at my door and was looking for a dessert spot. So then I came across Madison De Croissant on the search feed and caught my eye and looked really good so I didnt hesitate to try so I went. The owner was so kind and made the experience great! I will definitely be coming back!

Legit one of the BEST croffles in SoCal. Made fresh, crispy, and with fresh cream. The blueberry is my personal go to! I always make time to come here and pick up a box. So addictive, and trust me, even if you’re on a diet you’ll want more! Been coming to this place for years, and it’s still as good as ever!!
Since they make it fresh, there’s going to be a slight wait!

Came here craving sweets. I got the chocolate and strawberry croffle and I think these are my favorite desserts now lol. The front person (I think owner) was very nice and funny. Will be coming back!

Feels bad adding this review of a cute small business, but afraid I really didn't enjoy the croffle - couldn't wait to rinse out the icing aftertaste :( Not sure how to describe it, but it was weird and unpleasant, not the normal aftertaste of fresh dairy. The pastry also appeared to be reheated and was a bit stale. It was near closing so maybe everything had been sitting out too long?
On the plus side it was truly not too sweet.
