They messed up our order for a large party and insisted they brought all the meat when they didn't. Granted, it was a busy night, but a customer shouldn't have to argue with the waiter to get what he paid for.

THEY CHARGE YOU GRATUITY ALREADY IN YOUR TOTAL, BUT THE CREDIT CARD PRINT OUT STILL HAS A TIP LINE!! THIS FOOLS THE CUSTOMERS INTO PAYING TIP TWICE!!!

I've been going to this restaurant ever since they opened and I didn't realize this until my last visit, paying double tip everytime I've visited the restaurant.....

++VERY SHADY PRACTICE IMO++

When I called them out on this, their response was pretty curt, stating I don't have to pay the extra tip if I don't want to. -.-;;

The meat was delicious. Two meat servings was enough for three people. The staff was attentive from the beginning and cut the meat and cooked it for us very well. Lots of sides were included with the meal including kimchi, cold and hot vegetables, and whole uncooked shrimp. I noticed the meat quality was superior to meat at other KBBQ restaurants. Additionally, the restaurant was very spacious, so it didn’t get too loud and we could hear each other talk.

Food is great. The cook was good too. He was amazing at making Korean BBQ tasty for us. However, every other server lacks basic common sense. This may be relevant to trainings, but the floor was quite empty, yet we couldnt get hold of our server for 5 minutes. They were all just hanging out or staring at empty places and didnt bother paying attention to basic needs for customers. For instance, it took me 3 times to grab their attention to give us water, 4 times to get their attention for refills, and 2 times to pay checks. Again, the floor was near empty. I even had the urge to call them out like Koreans would, but I didn't. If the restaurant manager reads this, please train your servers to be keen to their surroundings. If I'm paying $55 per dish, I would at least want a server to know whether I have water or not.

Again, their food is really good.

Marble Steakhouse & Grille was great. The steak was juicy and full of flavor, and the staff were super friendly. The place felt cozy and clean, perfect for dinner with friends. Prices are fair for the quality. I’ll definitely come back again!

I really enjoyed my time at Marble. I came with my family, a party of four around 5PM on a Friday afternoon, so the restaurant was nearly completely empty. We were seated after the servers had already prepped the table with all of the side dishes and cutlery.

We ordered the $142 3-4 people Beef combo (L). It comes with three kinds of meat, a tofu soup, and steamed egg. Side note, you don't need to order anything extra with the combo, it's more than enough filling.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the restaurant uses plenty of wood and lighting which was a surprise, since the restaurant is inside Woodbury Town center not usually know for high end offerings.

Gary was our server, he was so attentive and helpful. My party enjoyed the show of him grilling the premium meat to perfection (photos attached). Also, the sauce provided is delicious and pairs so well with everything, even the veggies. The beef itself tasted high quality, not oily nor too chewy. The people here really picked the best cuts to serve.

We even received a free rice bowl on them because they brought us extra, it was such a generous gesture. Furthermore, the refillable side dishes were also all delicious, and we were able to take an extra portion home.

Overall, it was one of the best experiences I had at a Korean BBQ restaurant, it feels higher end than the other place near Mitsuwa Marketplace. I highly recommend trying this place out for the meats and service!

PS: this is my first review, so it's quite long, but I had to write a review about how great this place is!

If you’re looking for a high-end Korean BBQ experience in Irvine, Marble BBQ is the place to go. The restaurant has an upscale and refined atmosphere—you feel that sense of exclusivity the moment you walk in. We ordered their $175 Special Combo, which features Boneless Short Rib, beautifully marbled and incredibly tender. Every bite was rich and juicy, truly top quality. What makes it even better is the service: the staff grills the meat for you with precision, and you can request your preferred doneness—medium-rare, medium, or medium-well—done with elegance and skill.

The grilling itself is a performance. The sizzling sound, the aroma filling the air, and the presentation all come together to create a sensory experience. Special mention goes to Gary Perez, whose grilling technique is not only professional but almost artistic—smooth, confident, and visually captivating.

To complement the premium combo, we also ordered the $15 Spicy Pork Stone Pot Bibimbap. It arrived piping hot, with the rice sizzling in the stone bowl. Once mixed, the spicy flavors balanced beautifully with the crispy bits of rice, making it the perfect pairing with the grilled meat.

Overall, Marble BBQ isn’t just a meal—it’s a refined dining experience that combines flavor, service, and presentation. For anyone in Irvine looking for an elevated Korean BBQ night, this spot is a must-try.

⚠️ Scam Alert ⚠️
This restaurant is a total rip-off. Check your receipt carefully — they sneak in a 17% gratuity automatically, and then the final bill still shows a Tips line, making you think you should add another tip. If you follow the usual custom and add 20%, you’ll end up paying nearly 45% in tips! That’s insane.

When I asked the server if “gratuity” was the same as tip, she pretended not to understand and told me to ask the manager. The manager finally admitted the tip was already included. Just imagine how many guests don’t notice this — I’d bet 80% fall into the trap. Dishonest and unacceptable!

I have never been to such a nice kbbq restaurant. Marble Steakhouse had great quality food and great quality service. The servers cooked for us and it was impressive how they could handle so many tables at once. I am definitely coming here again.
