They messed up our order for a large party and insisted they brought all the meat when they didn't. Granted, it was a busy night, but a customer shouldn't have to argue with the waiter to get what he paid for.

THEY CHARGE YOU GRATUITY ALREADY IN YOUR TOTAL, BUT THE CREDIT CARD PRINT OUT STILL HAS A TIP LINE!! THIS FOOLS THE CUSTOMERS INTO PAYING TIP TWICE!!!

I've been going to this restaurant ever since...

The meat was delicious. Two meat servings was enough for three people. The staff was attentive from the beginning and cut the meat and cooked it for us very well. Lots of sides were included with the meal including kimchi, cold and hot vegetables, and whole uncooked shrimp. I noticed the meat quality was superior to meat at other KBBQ restaurants. Additionally, the restaurant was very spacious, so it didn’t get too loud and we could hear each other talk.

Marble Steakhouse & Grille was great. The steak was juicy and full of flavor, and the staff were super friendly. The place felt cozy and clean, perfect for dinner with friends. Prices are fair for the quality. I’ll definitely come back again！
