Matisse Bistro

I placed an online takeout order with this café, received confirmation, and was even charged, but when I arrived they claimed they never received it. I showed the woman at the front my order number, confirmation, and proof of payment, yet she repeatedly refused to have the kitchen make my food, saying they couldn’t do anything without a ticket. Even after speaking with their IT person, who said the system had voided the order for unknown reasons and she still wouldn’t help and made me feel as though I was trying to get free food.
I left without my order and am still waiting for a refund. The service was rude, unhelpful, and poorly handled. As someone who has worked in this industry, I was extremely disappointed.

Service is quick and friendly. I order regular fries and got a fruit cup. The fruit is always fresh and the fries are nice a crispy. Plus they have all the soccer game at the bar which is a big plus for entertainment. Hopefully they will play all the games for the World Cup 2026.

It’s such a delicious place. I never thought of posting photos and reviews. It’s been a long time since I ate there. It’s the best and only restaurant in the company building. But it’s delicious. You can come here every day and never get tired of it.

The lady at the front is always nice and friendly. However, the food is meh and not worth it. Spent $17 on a bowl and it’s still not enough to fill my stomach. Portion is small and won’t come back

I been coming here 4 breakfast on my break n everytime i walk in I'm received with a smile. Miriam is a very nice n friendly person also very attentive with the needs of all the ppl that walk in. Also Leslie and the rest of the kitchen staff make this place a great spot to take a break.

Best guacamole ever

I would give ZERO if possible. I've worked in this building for 6 years and since COVID both the food and the service have gone down the drain. Someone must have said something about the music because it used to be so loud that one couldn't even hear.The one thing I've always liked about this place was the service. The new girl at the front is so rude. Has no personality it's like she forced to be there.When one ordered soup it was something that you did not have to wait for. Now they serve the soup in the back and add a 10 minute wait for it.I used to look forward to Matisse lunch specials. It'd always been pricey but convenience is the cost. Now I just mich rather not eat lunch than go to Matisse.

I eat here once or twice a week!

I'm not a beer connoisseur by any means, but I readily appreciate a good beer, especially when the bartenders are passionate and know what they're talking about, and boy do they know their shiz at Matisse Bistro.

The bahama mama is absolutely amazing!!! Great place for drinks! Jamal and Cesar are the best! Atmosphere is great and the music is rockin!!
