Get a receipt!!! I was told the cost of my food was $10 less then I was charged on my credit card in the drive thru. Im kicking myself for not getting a receipt. There is fraud going on at this McDonalds

I'm going to blame the owner or the manager, but not fulfilling orders from the app exactly as they are accepted is dishonest. If the location has a problem with the app they have to take it with corporate not modify orders without the customer's knowledge, and then explaining to them that Thw app was wrong to let you order free sauces.
As far as typical fast food restaurants go, this was okay

I placed a mobile order for McDonald’s at this location. However, when I arrived, I waited for about 10 minutes and my order never came out. When I asked one of the employees, she looked at my app and told me I had ordered at the wrong location. She didn’t bother checking their system to confirm whether they had received my order.
After I showed them the email receipt, they finally checked and realized that someone on their team had made a mistake. I understand that mistakes happen—no one is perfect—but they gave me a lot of attitude and never apologized.
I had ordered 3 spicy snack wraps and 1 Big Mac, but they still got the order wrong, giving me 2 regular snack wraps and only 1 spicy one. In total, I waited 35 minutes for what was ultimately their error.

I don't understand how you can forget the BOTTOM BUN from a burger but here we are. This location has also missed half my entire order (40 nuggets 2 large fries), even though they made me wait more than 10 minutes for it without letting me know it was ready by the way. I've been burned one too many times from this location and vow to never give them my money or business.
If you're already going to a mcdonald's in this area, go to the one off MacArthur instead since it's only about 5 min away and won't mess up your order
