Officially sucks...ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and asked for extra pickles and lettuce with raw onions and don't forget tomatoes and secret sauce. First time at macs in many years. Meat was very cold cheese not melted at all, bun not toasted, three tiny tomatoes slices 1 inch diameter and no onions and no secret sauce and small wad of chopped lettuce arrived. Cost was $8.29 or 8.89. Very unpleasant burger, bad service.

Every time we come here whether it’s on the first window or second Giovani is always rude! Not sure why you have someone like that working for you especially since the minimum went up for fast food. If he doesn’t like his job which is to deal with customers all day then he shouldn’t work there.

I have had horrible experiences but today was great . Alex the cash register guy was so helpful and my order was ready pretty quick . I feel like when there isn’t a rush hour or if you go in person it’s better so that is why I feel like a 4 score would be good to rate . Alex thank you for exceptional customer service man I’ll be going in person in the future instead of drive thru sometimes the orders get messed ; in person usually not likely to have this issue . Thank you and happy holidays.

If I could give this location 0 stars I definitely would. We arrived to pick up our mobile order and waited at the curbside pick-up for over 20 minutes. We finally decided to go in and they informed us that they received our order but we where unable to collect it due to there system not showing that we had selected we where there. Unfortunately on our side it already showed that we had picked up the order. Cashier was being the middle man with the manager. The cashier then stated that we would get a refund within 2-3 days as the “system would catch on” . Fast forward to today, nothing has been refunded. I called the location and they give me a number to call and Lola then stated that “maybe I can get my refund” by calling that number. I call and get transferred to Jennifer. She then states that she will have to look through all transaction to attempt to refund but that Apple Pay orders are more difficult to refund. Overall poor communication and customer service. Avoid this place at all cost if possible.
