I placed a mobile order for McDonald’s at this location. However, when I arrived, I waited for about 10 minutes and my order never came out. When I asked one of the employees, she looked at my app and told me I had ordered at the wrong location. She didn’t bother checking their system to confirm whether they had received my order.
After I showed them the email receipt, they finally checked and realized that someone on their team had made a mistake. I understand that mistakes happen—no one is perfect—but they gave me a lot of attitude and never apologized.
I had ordered 3 spicy snack wraps and 1 Big Mac, but they still got the order wrong, giving me 2 regular snack wraps and only 1 spicy one. In total, I waited 35 minutes for what was ultimately their error.

I don't understand how you can forget the BOTTOM BUN from a burger but here we are. This location has also missed half my entire order (40 nuggets 2 large fries), even though they made me wait more than 10 minutes for it without letting me know it was ready by the way. I've been burned one too many times from this location and vow to never give them my money or business.
If you're already going to a mcdonald's in this area, go to the one off MacArthur instead since it's only about 5 min away and won't mess up your order

I asked for light salt and if you look at the fries they packed it on too much salt at all the restaurants I order from or go in this is the one on 130 West Ball road Anaheim next to 7-Eleven. I ordered from the McDonald's app I am allergic to too much salt cuz my blood pressure goes too high and my diabetes is very high I tried to call the 877-551-5161 that number is full of messages so I sent them an email on the ticket so please have a talk with that restaurant Go inside and ask the customers that are eating at the tables is the fries too salty and you know what I'm talking about going it's during rush hour for lunch thank you

Pretty sure my family is single handedly keeping every fast food place in OC in business. This McDonald's had made our food fresh and it was pretty spot on to how it should be. The mcdouble was a little lopsided but it was made quickly and was hot and good.

Extremely slow service. The employees were moving at a snail’s pace, and it took way too long to get a basic order. For a fast food place, this location is anything but fast. Disappointing experience.

The reason I raided so low is because one the food was prepared as it should have been it was a very sloppy job. The service was worse weight literally over 20 minutes to receive our meal. Customer service was lousy, the registered person had no knowledge had to call the boss the boss was kind of trying to help but still kept misunderstanding what we wanted. It needs to be kept up a little bit better outside it was quite a bit of trash.,

The guy giving the orders at the second window on the night shift will stare you down when he gives you your order. Tonight he started giving me a hard time about giving my code when I pick up my order. I told him I gave it at the speaker and he went back in the window and walked away without saying anything. Beware weirdo.
