Bad service I asked to talk to the manager waited for almost an hour he never came to talk to me and to top it off I found out he was the person who gave me bad service and ignored my grandson yes he was the manager on this day. Sad to say ppl like that should not have a title of management

McDonalds at Culver & Irvine Center Drive can get busy at times. I prefer to order at the counter but it's a hit or miss. I hate ordering at the terminals. As high as food prices are, I at least expect a live person to take my order!

Everything we buy ice coffee or frappe , or latte drink here, we get bad diarrhea. Just don't buy fancy ice coffee here. Now I know why pay extra $ to buy em at starbuck.

I like to bring my kid there to get some nuggets and ice cream. It's pretty cozy and service is always nice and no rush there. Staff is always patient when my 7 year old make her order (she likes to spend her tooth fairy money there). Kind of cozy place as for fast food. I eat only file-o-fish though and sometimes ice cream

I visit this location fairly regularly to get a coffee at the drive thru. I always have a wonderful experience with the staff at this location and the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism with which they operate. It's nice to not only have an efficient drive thru operation, but to also have great staff that aren't distracted, short or otherwise unconcerned about the customer experience. I highly recommend this McDonald's for a great fast food experience.

My entire order was completely wrong. The only reason I went to McDonald's was to try the new Mccrispy strips. Instead, I paid $8 for 4 strips and got 4 Chicken Nuggets instead. This is literal robbery.
The employee said that they can't do anything about it. Ridiculous. The absolute worst McDonald's in this area by a long shot.
