We ordered two McMuffins, and both of them were burnt. The staff replaced one, but since it was already 11 a.m., they didn’t have any more stock. Unfortunately, the replacement was also burnt. I ended up removing the burnt parts and eating it.
The staff was very kind and tried to help me replace it, so I don’t blame them. However, the food shouldn’t be burnt. Burnt food can be unhealthy and is known to increase cancer risk.

Having customers leave the drive thru and park to wait for their orders when there is no one behind them in line is obnoxious and inconvenient. It doesn’t benefit the consumer in any way. You are not Sonic.
Every time I go here is impossible for them to make a light iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream and it's ridiculous and I'm not going back.
