Drive thru guy Bolivar needs to be fired. You work at McDonald’s drive thru. Learn to communicate over that headset and ask if people want combos, drinks, etc. The McDonald’s service is better in lower income areas. This place is a joke.

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house which is unfortunate because they are terrible. My food was cold, they forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger, and worst of all they gave me some nasty old crunchy sauce that congealed into a shelf on top of the sauce. ? Huge waste of money to feed my family, we will never eat at this McDonald’s location again.

Kudos to Isabel!!! She has provided on both occasions great customer service. She is consistently providing her customers an excellent experience at this Macdonald's. She smiles, actively listens to take order correctly, she's polite and assists customers when they need with their Mc Donald app.She deserves to be recognized!!!

I have been through this location multiple times, needless to say its not a good location. There has been multiple occasions where they don't give me all my food, they mess up the order, they charge me the wrong amount. At the end of the day it is a McDonald's so what else is there to expect.
