I just ordered drive thru one single coffe and an apple pie, they made wait about 14 minutes outside on the spot 1, and of course they completely forgot about my order, unacceptable, be aware when they don't give you the order in the window, they might forget about you!

Great mcdonalds, only thing i did notice is that ordering breakfast in the morning like 8am doesn't let you grab a Mocha Frapp online but its available at the drive thru.

Someone seriously needs to fire the day manager female. I watched her be rude to her employees in front of customers. And also rude to doordash and Uber eat people coming in. She seemed to like to yell at them for some reason.....🤷🤷🤷🤷 Other customers get the fake smile from her. I don't know if its cultural thing but she needs to learn how to treat general public. Not sure what country you come from exactly but that's not how we act here. Treat customers nicely regardless. Especially if the manager you should know this because all it's going to do is drip down to the rest of the employees. I have a feeling there's a large turnover right here. One of the male employees gave me a look like I know right? When I was watching her barrade some poor delivery dude. Hopefully the owner looks into it

Made me pull into and wait at a parking spot when the drive thru was completely empty. Putting a timer on your staff backfires when they pull tricks like this.
