I LOVE Mendocino farms but this location is not it. They just don’t live up to the quality I have become used to from all their other locations. (i.e. food service, how well the food was made, etc)

Ive ordered from this location a few times now and every single time they mess up my sandwich. Ive ordered the chicken and prosciutto and last time they only gave me bread and chicken and this time they didn’t do any sauces on it. I dont do any edits on them so I dont get why it keeps getting messed up.

This is one of the best places I've been to for a yummy sandwhich. Nick was extremely helpful in helping me determine which sandwhich to get. The Peruvian steak was amazing! Definitely a must try. Will be coming back.

Addicted! We had the Chicken Parmesan Dip, Chimichurri Steak, kids’ tenders, and kids’ pizza — everything was absolutely perfect. I also love mixing their lemonade with some of the other drink flavors — so good!
My kids were in a water polo tournament all weekend, and this was our second day in a row coming back to this location. It’s truly the best! The green area is perfect for eating, playing, and relaxing. Such a great spot for families — we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Came by now a couple times with the wife and above anything else that stands out is the vibe and atmosphere the manager and the energy of his team created. They were busy but I can see the manager gentleman ( believe he had glasses on) was walking around talking greeting customers checking on everyone. I've gone to othet M.Fs and it's never been like this... greatly appreciated his professionalism and will be a regular here when the service is so good. The staff was solid. The younget kid at the register forgot his name so much good energy and so positive!
Our only issue was with the menu ubcamt order half sandwich half sald. The food is amazing but it's hard to order both. I wish they would consider something like half sandwich and half salad. Just a thought.

I walked in to place an order. My food took much longer than other Mendocino locations. I could see they were prioritizing online orders first. It took 20 min to get my wrap and when I got home, they left out the chicken which I had paid extra for.
sigh, overall not a great experience and not the experience I know Mendocino usually provides.
