I also do not like that the default option at checkout on your mobile app is to include a tip. That default option should be a zero tip; if people want to add a tip, they can. But you're forcing people to opt out of the tip.

We are "regulars" at this Nekter location. We've probably purchased hundreds of bowls over the years. We recently placed an online order for pick-up. When I arrived at the location, they didn't have a record of my order. They told me their internet was down. They took full ownership and made the bowls quickly and to perfection. Both of the girls who were working at that time were courteous and considerate. Being treated with care makes me want to be faithful to this business. I look forward to our next delicious bowl.

Favorite Nekter location by far, I come here almost daily in the morning and am always greeted warmly by the staff. Julissa, the store manager, is the absolute best— I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s super kind, professional, and consistently makes the yummiest PB Chocolate Protein smoothies (and the AB Health Nut too!) My experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. From the smoothies to the general vibe of the shop and the impeccable service, I’m stoked to have found my favorite juice shop. And a big shout out to the other associates as well; your costumer service is outstanding! Thank you guys? -Hope

I went to buy a $15 drink(with the protien add ins) and I shockingly got just a cup 50% foam and 50% liquid. I said "So sorry, but I ordered a large and there is nothing in this cup but foam..." The young employee working there said that was all that was in the blender. I said, "Well... its not full though?" The young employee went to fill it up.
Anyway, I tasted it and it was definitely altered and tasted weirdly watered down afterwards- not sure what was added to fill it up.
I am a regular Nectar Juice customer and I've had all the drinks many times with no issues. It sucks when this happens for an expensive $15 drink.

At the Nèkter Juice Bar - Orchard Hills, I discovered that I had mistakenly placed an order at the wrong location, intended for my home but actually near our office.
The staff member on duty, Max, provided excellent assistance in resolving the issue, suggesting that I cancel and re-place my order.
After canceling, I informed Max that I would only receive a 50% refund per policy, and he kindly offered a 50% discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill.
That's outstanding customer service and commendations to your staff Max.

Absolutely terrible service here. Why would they put the juicer away at 430pm and refuse to make any juices when the store closing time is at 5pm?!!! The blonde woman working at the front with short hair was extremely rude. Also they don’t take Apple Pay. Overpriced af anyways

While the juices and atmosphere were enjoyable, I must note that the service was lacking. Despite being the only customer at the time, it took 2-3 minutes for them to greet me and take my order.$12.5 for a large Toxin Flush juice btw, lowest tip option starts from 20%, lol

Juices were overpriced; $10.50 so $12 w tax for a regular sized green juice seems expensive for some apple, spinach, ginger, parsley; like two dollars worth of ingredients, so 500% margin. Inflation is high but this is ridiculous. Granted they make it fresh. Please keep cost down.
