Stopped by this Nékter location after the sauna next door and ordered a toxin flush and a raspberry smoothie (wasn't on the menu board but she checked and said it's still available!) My smoothie was fine but the toxin flush was the oddest color compared to other locations I've been too. At pickup I asked about the red at the bottom; she said she made beet juice before, rinsed it but it was still there. Honestly I didn't mind and said it was okay, just was curious what happened there. But the green... was just super off I don't even know how to explain. My mom said it was kind of sweet like sugar was added but was also very watered down. Definitely not like the toxin flushes we normally get.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION This is the worst juice bar I have ever been to. The online orders I place an hour out are never even started by the time I get there. I am constantly told that they are out of every ingredient in my order. (Why wouldn't they call me instead of waiting for me to find out when i try to pick it up?) They also apparently do not know how to give me a refund for my order when this happens so I have to go through corporate customer service. It is so annoying giving a 20% tip when i place my online order, only to get the absolute worst service when I am there with no ability to adjust the tip. Ridiculous.

While the juices and atmosphere were enjoyable, I must note that the service was lacking. Despite being the only customer at the time, it took 2-3 minutes for them to greet me and take my order.$12.5 for a large Toxin Flush juice btw, lowest tip option starts from 20%, lol

Absolutely terrible service here. Why would they put the juicer away at 430pm and refuse to make any juices when the store closing time is at 5pm?!!! The blonde woman working at the front with short hair was extremely rude. Also they don’t take Apple Pay. Overpriced af

My son earned a smoothie for good behavior. Walked in ten mins before closing and the gal at the counter said they are closed. My son can tell time. Needless to say he was super flexible and left without a tantrum. I just want to pass along to the manager that this store closed early. What a bummer. Lost business and we will make juice it up our reward spot. Thanks!

This place closes at 6 and I went in at 5:30 to order a freshly squeezed juice and the 3 girls working said that their juice machine was broken. I hope management sees this. I highly doubt the machine was broken They probably just cleaned the machine early to get out right at 6. My daughter and I were really disappointed we didn't get our juice since we drove over there just for that.
Atmosphere is great but always noisy w the blenders so 3-stars. Service is slow, even when ordering ahead they’re usually not ready. Appreciate the rewards program.
Juices were overpriced; $10.50 so $12 w tax for a regular sized green juice seems expensive for some apple, spinach, ginger, parsley; like two dollars worth of ingredients, so 500% margin. Inflation is high but this is ridiculous. Granted they make it fresh. Please keep cost down.
