Extremely disappointed with this place.
The service was unbelievably slow — I waited over 40 minutes for just two cups of orange juice. That is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, I wasn’t even allowed to cancel my order after waiting that long. There was only one person handling orders, which clearly shows poor management and lack of proper staffing.

This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be coming back.

To be fair the one person working was doing an amazing job, but it seems unfair to customers and employees to always be understaffed. Every time I come here there’s a 20+minute wait for a smoothie. It’s pretty is ridiculous.

Nékter just leveled up their customer experience. The new employee, Cheyanne, is an absolute game changer in customer service. She greeted me with so much warmth and handled everything with professionalism and great energy.

On top of that, adding the iPad ordering system is brilliant — it saves so much time and makes the whole process smooth and fast.

Cheyanne is a keeper and was amazing from start to finish. This was honestly the best service I’ve ever had at this location. Highly recommend!

nadia was absolutely incredible during my visit to Nekter Juice Bar. she greeted me with such a warm smile and positive energy that immediately brightened my day. she took the time to recommend the perfect drink based on what I liked and made it quickly and perfectly. her attention to detail and friendliness really stood out it is so clear she cares about giving every customer a great experience. The store was clean, welcoming, and my smoothie tasted amazing. Thanks to NADIA, I'll definitely be coming back!

I had a disappointing experience at Nectar Juice on 9/29/25 due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. I don’t have her name, but she’s the only girl who was working that morning.

When I arrived to pick up my order, she came out from the back and, without any greeting, abruptly said it wasn’t ready because she had been “doing other stuff” in the back. She added that, per “order placement policy,” she still had until 8:33 to prepare it (note: I placed the order few minutes before 8am) The tone was unnecessarily rude, and there was no apology or effort to be courteous.

When I asked for her name to share feedback, she replied, “I’m not required to give it to you.” Actually, when you work at a customer-facing establishment, professionalism and accountability are expected.

The juices may be good, but poor customer service like this ruins the experience. I hope management addresses this issue — customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.

Went in today to get help with an order I was trying to place online. They helped make sure I got exactly what I wanted to order online with the promotion that I was trying to redeem. I come here frequently and I want to give thanks for the hospitality.
