My husband and I had a wonderful experience here at this location. Aryan & the other associate provided excellent service to us. We came with our 2 yr old so we were thankful of this & it was refreshing to receive
To be fair the one person working was doing an amazing job, but it seems unfair to customers and employees to always be understaffed. Every time I come here there’s a 20+minute wait for a smoothie. It’s pretty is ridiculous.
Nékter just leveled up their customer experience. The new employee, Cheyanne, is an absolute game changer in customer service. She greeted me with so much warmth and handled everything with professionalism and great energy.
On top of that, adding the iPad ordering system is brilliant — it saves so much time and makes the whole process smooth and fast.
