The girl in the mornings with the tattoos behind her ears is very rude. Won't greet you when you come in the store. Just stares at you waiting for you to order. When your order is ready she just leaves your drinks there in the counter, won't say your order is ready or anything. Very rude girl.

I came in for a smoothie, but the service was really poor. No greeting when I walked in, and the slender white girl who helped me had a mean attitude. I couldn’t find the juices on the menu because I didn’t have my glasses, and when I asked for help, she just vaguely pointed at the board. When my drink was ready, they didn’t even say anything. Both employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. This place seriously needs to train their staff on basic customer service—starting with simply greeting customers. I won’t be coming back.

Don’t come to this location. They replaced their bowl menu with build-your-own only and jacked up the prices. $15+ for a large bowl with basic toppings…. And if you do try to build a bowl most of their options are sold out… Definitely pick another location!

I got food poisoning from a smoothie here. I know it was from the smoothie because I hadn't eaten anything else yet that day and it hit me almost immediately after finishing the smoothie. I've never had a problem at other Nekter locations but this one clearly isn't washing their produce.

What an absolute treat to have this near you. Having a sensitive stomach really is a burden but this place seems to have an answer for everything. Their bowls and their smoothies are amazing

Be careful if you have a nut allergy. My daughter reacted after drinking Pink Flamingo, which should not contain any nuts. I triple-checked the ingredients. We were confused and in panic when she threw up after a sip of juice. Staff said that I should have mentioned her allergy so that they could thoroughly wash any nuts remaining in their shared blender. I think that their food treatment is not safe. Are they selling real healthy drinks?No trust and big disappointment!
