We've been here a few times. This time, the menu wasn't as good. The shaking beef wasn't as tender and juicy as we've had it elsewhere and the many dishes were under seasoned. We were a bit disappointed as we had invited a guest from out of town and looking forward to a nice evening. Are they spreading themselves too thin with all these new concepts and openings?

Always a great time at Nep! My friends and I loved the Banh Mi Chao dishes AND the mango sticky rice / banana bread desserts. Service was attentive to us and we had a wonderful brunch.

The food was so good. Our waiter was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant had a really good vibe. We celebrated my husband's birthday the other day and they gave a free dessert because one of our dishes for my son came late. Really didn't expect it but the waiter was kind enough to give it to us. So thank you! Reason why I gave a 4 when the food itself deserved a 5 was because the hostess at the front wasn't very welcoming. It felt frosty and put on and every time she came to our table it was like this. Anyways, despite that, we will be back.

Consistently delicious food and drinks. I come here and the fountain valley location at least once a month. I went on a busy Sunday for the first time with a reservation and the hosts forgot to get us seated. Ended up waiting for 30 mins from my original resy to get seated.

The food was ahhhhh-mazing! Not surprised as we've been to a couple other restaurants managed by Kei concepts and they never fail at bringing it! Definitely a staple on my list.

Food was good, service from our waitress was good. However, they didn't honor the reservation time and the overall service in general was pretty slow. They sent out my dish about 15 minutes before my wife's food. I also asked in the request for a nice date night experience and they sat us (20 minutes late) next to the door that kept opening and letting in a breeze. Not what we were hoping for.

I love this place! The coffee and matcha are amazing — rich, smooth, and beautifully made. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy yet modern. The staff is super friendly, and it's the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.

The food is excellent and every dish came out perfect. We ordered 7 dishes. They did not rush them all out but put out appetizers first, then sides, and entrees last. For a party of six, it gave us enough time to share and taste each dish. Dessert is very good too...we had the banana crème brûlée bread pudding. We will definitely come back.
Very delicious food. I came in with a table of four for brunch and we ordered about two entrees and three appetizers. When the first entree came out, which I believe was the garlic noodles, everyone at the table was shocked by how big the bowl was. The appetizers were just as large, which completely surprised us and filled us up quickly. We had the crab toast, chicken wings, and chili oil dumplings for appetizers, and the garlic noodles and fried rice for entrees. Everything was delicious, perfectly portioned, and more than enough to feed four people for brunch. A perfect meal all around.

Wonderful food, great ambiance--and the service is second to none. Had a wonderful lunch with 12 other coworkers who came from different areas. Being freeway close and having ample parking was a plus. Drinks were always kept full and the waiter's food suggestions (for some of our guests who were not Asian) were excellent. They loved it.
