We've been here a few times. This time, the menu wasn't as good. The shaking beef wasn't as tender and juicy as we've had it elsewhere and the many dishes were under seasoned. We were a bit disappointed as we had invited a guest from out of town and looking forward to a nice evening. Are they spreading themselves too thin with all these new concepts and openings?

Always a great time at Nep! My friends and I loved the Banh Mi Chao dishes AND the mango sticky rice / banana bread desserts. Service was attentive to us and we had a wonderful brunch.

The food was so good. Our waiter was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant had a really good vibe. We celebrated my husband's birthday the other day and they gave a free dessert because one of our dishes for my son came late. Really didn't expect it but the waiter was kind enough to give it to us. So thank you! Reason why I gave a 4 when the food itself deserved a 5 was because the hostess at the front wasn't very welcoming. It felt frosty and put on and...
