I have been able to taste Nomada's food at a few different events that I have worked at, and every time the food is exceptional and delicious. They offer a wide range of proteins, and every single one is so tasty. Their homemade fresh cooked tortillas are out of this world, and the sides that they offer are incredibly fresh and seasoned so well. And it doesn't help that this is a family run business who truly cares about the food they produce. I recommend this catering company to all of my clients that are holding events and weddings.

Laura and the team came in and worked with us on a perfect menu, price point, set up, and even hosted us for a very delicious and generous tasting to set the menu. I HIGHLY suggest you don't skip the Shrimp tacos with handmade tortillas - some of the best I've ever had in my LIFE. Nomada's set up is beautiful, classy, gourmet, organic, and just added an upscale beautiful vibe to the food at our wedding - we wanted something casual and we were able to have both that but also have it memorable and classy. The entire family was friendly, warm, and so happy to work with us. We can't wait to eat Nomada again soon!!

First off - they were available despite my late request. Laura, who was my contact was prompt and wonderful. She was also thoughtful in assisting with my menu selections. The site team, Javier and Brandon, were exactly on time. They were super efficient in set up and even made the best of the limited space in my tiny backyard. The food was absolutely fabulous! They walked around and distributed delicious passes apps! The aqua chili was super fresh and really good. They had substantial vegan options, too. Javier and Brandon even let me experiment with the ingredients and made a super taco. They were equally as efficient and clean tearing down. I wish I had taken some pictures. Their grill and service station is really pretty. It is a top notch operation and you won't be disappointed!!!

The fish taco was MY personal favorite, but everyone kept telling me how they loved the steak one, and my vegetarians were thoroughly pleased with the options, too (we picked the zucchini tacos as our favorite). The add-ons were so colorful and tasty--add them to your tacos for some gorgeously bright art pieces that also allow you to shove them into your face with delight. Their team really just helped us all out, too--shout out to Andres for communicating throughout the year. They were lovely and professional. They even helped us out with cake and the champagne toast. Everyone left with a warm, full belly. It's deliciousness all around.

We had three different types of protein along with three or four different types of salsa and all the fixings on the side! The black beans and lime rice were outstanding. The handmade tortillas were delicious. They came to serve 80 guests and everyone went back for seconds! My only regret is that we had no leftovers to eat the next day!!
