Respectable and humble shabu place with great choices as presented but no wagyu beef options. The broths however are expertly made and are the highlight of the meal. Would like to see increased variety with cooked options but overall, they have a great selection already and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful to enjoy a meal at any time.
We had a wonderful time eating hot pot at Oishi Shabu Shabu. It was our first time experiencing Hot pot and we were delighted with everything. The staff were very kind and gave us a rundown of how it works, as well as checked on us multiple times. We went during the weekday and they had an incredible $33 all you can eat special. We tried 3 different broths, 4 different kinds of meat, and the self serve bar had every vegetable and noodle you could imagine. The ambiance is chill...
Great place for all you can eat Shabu Shabu. Meat was sliced very thinly and the meat was fresh. Plenty of shrimp, mussels, clams, lobster balls, veggies, etc. The meat is served by robots (sometimes) and the kids love it. Place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. You can choose miso, tonkatsu, and sukiyaki as the soup base. Parking is free but a bit small but there is more parking underground .You have about 2 hours to eat.
