The Truffle Risotto was so delicious and noteworthy. I will definitely be ordering that again. The Fritto Misto was solid as well as the Cacio E Pepe. The Old Fashioned fell a bit short but nothing to gripe about. I will be back, very soon.

Sadly lately the quality of food gone down! We ordered calamari as an appetizer also octopus that always were super delicious. This time they both were extremely dry and this wasn't the first time to the point that we decided not to even order the main dish and after our wine and appetizers that we barely touched we left. As you get busier, please know that the quality of food is still very important. I've had many good experiences before and I used to recommend this place to lots of my friends! Not sure if I want to come back after third low quality food experience!

This is a great Italian restaurant! We shared the Cacio e Pepe. It's one of the best I've had. My husband had the Pollo alla Piastra, his favorite. I had the Filetto di Mainzo. The beef was so tender and flavorful. For dessert we had the affogato, which is my favorite! Service from Fernando was exceptional! Love this place!

This location is becoming quite popular with the locals. It's a very nice vibe here and staff goes out of their way to satisfy. It was packed Saturday night and everyone was having a good time. Food was good. Only recommendation would be to get a healthy light marinara dish with their homemade made pasta. Not a fan of the heavier pomodoro red sauce. Other then that wonderful dining experience.

Everything I have tried here has been spot on. I would highly recommend getting one of the pasta dishes. They make the pasta itself in house and it shows. Have to say it is the best Cacio e Pepe I have found in Orange County. Be sure to ask what the specials are but really listen for any that are made with the pasta. The limoncello pan cotta was a very refreshing sweet treat to end the meal. The waiter was attentive but not over bearing. Do listen to their suggestions.

We are visiting Oliver's Trattoria every week! The staff is amazing and the food even more! My personal favorite is the Caccio e Peppe, I can't get enough of it, but all their dishes are amazing, pasta, pizzas and risotto!
