Excellent food! This is our 5th time. They consistently deliver high quality food. Fresh pasta and delicious pizza. This is your authentic Italian and no American Italian. So happy we found this place in Irvine. It’s actually by far our favorite Italian place in the area.

I was visiting my girlfriend in OC and wanted to have a special dinner with her while I was there. Oliver’s was definitely the right choice for a great date night. The decor and layout was elegant and set the mood for an elevated night together. The service provided by Fernando and Giorgi was top-notch, as we had all of our needs taken care of with attentive and personable service. As for the food, it was simply amazing. I had the Tonnarelli ai Crostacei and it was a 10/10. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the lobster was tender and delicious, and the tomatoes were so amazing I could eat a whole bowl of just their cooked cherry tomatoes. Absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a nice date night in Irvine, you have to go to Oliver’s!

Fantastic!!! The food, the service, the atmosphere,... All top notch! Our fellow diners at another table ordered the whole fish which was served flambe - very impressive!. We shared a delicious salad with Vine ripe tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and other goodies, followed by the eggplant appetizer which is scrumptious - I honestly could have made a meal out of just that. But of course we had to try the pasta with fresh, grated truffles - so rich and creamy!

This is a great place for Italian food. The lamb chops and shrimp pasta scampi was out of this world. Highly recommend. They calamari wasnthe best in ever had which is impressive giving how much I travel. Service was spot on friendly and helpful. I must when in the area.

The interior of the restaurant looks like an expensive fancy place with high level of service. But the quality of the food completely disappointed me. I ordered the roasted chicken with salad (Pollo alla Piastra), there was a lot of salt and the meat was poorly fried, it was raw and tough, like they used old frozen meat. Maybe I need to give this place a second chance, but I'm afraid to get another bad experience for $40.

The Truffle Risotto was so delicious and noteworthy. I will definitely be ordering that again. The Fritto Misto was solid as well as the Cacio E Pepe. The Old Fashioned fell a bit short but nothing to gripe about. I will be back, very soon.
