Came here for the first time. Ordered the oreo milk tea which tasted great. I went home happy. It was great until I took a few more sips then a hard plastic piece came put of the straw and I almost choked. Tried to call them and warn them but their number was not working. I can't recommend to come here.

Osmanthus milk tea, 0 sugar, with salt cream top and boba is amazingly good! The boba and cream top carries a little sweetness which adds to the milk tea is the exact sweet level I’m looking for! Give it a try!

Good drinks. Poor customer service. Long lines. Disorganized. They don’t really care if they get your order wrong. They’re more annoyed that you complain rather than rectify their mistake with a smile and genuine care.

Just went here buy 3 bobas, but when a asked for holders but staffs gave me a holder with 2 cups , a rest one he said no, only i buy 2 or 4 cups . boba is good, but services is bad.

Drinks and toppings are good, and wait is 30 minutes end to end (weekday 6pm) but it’s expected at this location. The reason for the one star is I (one person) had purchased 3 drinks (on the way home for me and roomies) and when I went I was called to pickup was informed that only 4 drinks got a drink carrier. It was mildly infuriating, like at once no big deal, I had pockets I could fortunately put my keys and phone into so was able to hug two drinks with one arm and carry the third with the other, but at the same time I felt insulted and disrespected as a customer that just paid $7 a drink. Like okay, upsell me on every single drink (was asked if I wanted a topping on each drink except the one that I already added boba to, and was asked with each milk based drink if I wanted cheese foam with that; yes, it’s a technique that both assists the customer in not forgetting add-ons but also does increase sales) but don’t inform me at the register that by the way, we only give complimentary drink holders to people that buy 4 drinks so if you want one, you can pay for one now. I mean, if they’re going to be that specific, they might as well go all the way. Chi cha charges 25 cents per drink holder that holds two drinks and yes the cashier says so at the end of the transaction and asks whether you want to buy. Plus if this information happens at the register if you decide not to buy you can then prep for the fact that you won’t have a drink holder. Walk to your vehicle and drop stuff off. So mad I bought a gift card at the same transaction cause I would just swear off Omomo now and call it a day. They don’t care about any one single customer anyways. Clearly.
Omomo Tea in LA is next level! I’ve tried matcha from all over, but their green tea matcha is by far the best I’ve ever had. It’s rich, smooth, and full of flavor clearly made with high-quality ingredients. What really took it over the top for me was the cheese foam it adds the perfect salty creamy balance that beautifully complements the matcha. So good!
And let’s talk about the boba, it is unbelievably soft and chewy, just how it should be. You can tell everything is freshly made and thoughtfully crafted. It even looks like the matcha is blended, not just shaken, which gives it a super smooth texture.
The shop itself has a clean, modern vibe, and the staff were super friendly and efficient. If you’re a matcha lover (or even if you’re not), this place is a must try.
We seriously hope they franchise in Canada. I’d be first in line to open one! 😁 That’s how much we loved it. Can’t wait to come back!

I love the boba tea and location is good as well . The taste will depend on what you like so what you order really makes the difference. On comparison with other top places in the city of boba. Honestly I did not find any difference in the tea as the base tea is same at most boba tea Place’s . The way you present makes the difference for some . So yes they present it good so will give them 8/10 on it . Issue is the huge line and management. Folks would not like to wait in line honestly for boba tea which is basically the same if you know basic tea flavor s and science of mixing correctly .
