One of the best choco chip cookies in OC - close to Levain style cookies. Paderia's choco chip is quite hefty, decadent and sweet, so it's perf for sharing or for 1-2 bites at a time! I prefer the one w/ walnuts. Other desserts are delish too, esp hte blueberry lemon cheesecake.. or the horchata drink!

Poor customer service. They won’t even fix a mistake with your drink without charging you for their error.

Overall I really like this place, the interior is well decorated, the employees are helpful, and the selection of drinks and baked goods is on point. My favorites so far have been their chocolate chip cookie, Ensaymada, and Vietnamese iced coffee.

My favorite cookie place in Irvine area. I always grab a box of treats if I’m going to a potluck and my family always request for it whenever I go home.
My favorite is the sea salt chocolate chip cookie, egg tarts, and banana pudding.
I also love their seasonal that changes each month. I like their pretzel toffee one and strawberry cream.

Came here because I heard the cookies were amazing. Got the sea salt chocolate chip (too salty and not that flavorful) and the Mexican chocolate (WAY too much cinnamon).

The place is super cute and the staff were very kind in answering questions. The reason for the low stars is due to the “coffee’s” not being coffee’s at all. The coffee’s tasted like water with a splash of coffee. We ordered a mazapan hot latte and an iced caramel coffee. The mazapan didn’t taste anything like the Mexican sweet, and only had chunks of it in the drink. And somehow there was a chunk that tasted like peanut? The caramel coffee was gross. I had asked how sweet the coffee was and was informed the coffee was 10/10 sweet. Ordered it half sweet. I was expecting bitterness but when I say it tasted like water, it tasted like water. Both drinks did. Ended up throwing them both away - they were not edible. For the price of the coffees (around $14), you would expect it to taste like coffee - failed in that aspect. And the drinks were small too for the price! Honestly, save your money and go to Starbucks that’s in the same complex - get more for the same price. The chocolate chip cookie was ok. Seriously, go to Starbucks for the coffee.

The Portuguese egg tart is delicious! Every time go to Irvin we go to this store. The skin is crispy the egg filling is smooth and rich. This time I tried their coffee also one of the best I had in Irvin.

A cute bakery, it has a clean and modern feeling. I got egg tarts and a couple of cookies. The egg tarts are very crispy buttery and the center egg custard is sweet and fragrant (vanilla?). I prefer the triple chocolate chip cookies over the sea salt chocolate ones. I know some people like the uncooked (or undercooked) center, but .. not a fan. I feel the sea salt chocolate chip cookies need to have more chocolate chips as the cookie dough is quite dough-y. I will try the coffee next time, overall, it's a nice experience?
