We ordered a big dish a day ahead for an event. When we arrived right on time to pick up, the lady we notified just pretended to be busy and ignored us for a few minutes. After checking again, she said they would start cooking it. Then a few minutes later, they said they hadn't started but would do now. Can't treat this place seriously.

The super greens on 9/16/24 were so packed with raw or undercooked garlic that I could taste nothing but garlic, and I’ve been in really bad stomach pain for several hours now after eating them (it feels like maybe acid reflux?). I’ve never had this happen with the super greens at any other Panda Express location and I normally can’t even taste that there’s garlic in it, so they had to have done something weird today. The employees I interacted with when ordering today were super nice, but the food quality issue with the super greens has seriously ruined my day and no matter what I do the stomach pain will not go away, please don’t pack the super greens full of raw garlic!

While waiting for my order, which was not yet ready, a staff member wearing a name tag that said “DYAMOND” suddenly asked me to pay. Although I understood the need for payment, she walked away before the transaction was completed, and as a result, I couldn’t mention that I wanted to use a discount coupon. Right after the payment was processed, she returned, and when I told her I wanted to use the coupon, she said it was too late and that I could use it next time. If she had at least given me the chance to request using the coupon, I wouldn’t be writing this complaint.
Not only that, but I don’t understand why such rude staff are placed at the front. I am paying for my meal, and this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
