Order was given incomplete, no utensils. Waited over 20 minutes to get my order. Mind you there was no lunch rush. There was a lady ordering a ton of gift cards holding everyone up. Staff didn't apologize for making us wait. On top of that doesn't give back proper change and gives out incomplete order. Do better.

Panda Express offers fresh, tasty dishes at low prices. It's always clean and comfortable. On our last visit, I was impressed to see a server changing to a clean serving spoon each time a fresh container of food was brought out from the kitchen. My son and 8-year-old granddaughter both love the orange chicken. I'm a vegetarian and really enjoy the eggplant and tofu with fried rice. We will continue to go there frequently!

Imagine sitting in a drive-thru for 10 minutes and not moving. That's the reality, I don't know why they're drive-thru at this place is so slow. Every time I come through I'm going to just stop coming - Chick-Fil-A and In-N-Out down the street can serve three times the amount of customers and half the time

One of the only Panda restaurants open at 9am , but had nothing ready. Really upsetting sense.I went there for a quick grab for my thirty minute lunch. I wonder if they false advertised.Or maybe they just open at 9am but they don't serve until like 915 or 930am. DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO FIND OUT

I want to eat there with my kids. Customer service was awesome. Cashier was friendly. My daughter accidentally left her Apple Watch in the restroom. The manager in the staff had took care of it until I was able to go to the next day to pick it up. truly love this place thank you guys you guys are a lifesaver

First time in this Panda Express ,and last I was on the phone so didn’t pay attention but it was not people do, was about to order but a young girl, the cashier didn’t take my order,she was ignoring me so,when I asked her where can I order she point it with bad arrogant attitude to the line ..and she is the one has a lot rewards on her hot ..so,I just said thanki you and walk away ..the way she answer and saw me was un respectful

I was waiting 15 minutes for Beijing beef, the Main cook was very busy cooking while his assistants were laughing and not helping him at all. At the end we got the food, but the rest of the food was cold.
