We go to this branch frequently, and the quality of the food is hit and miss! Some days everything seem fresh and delicious, and some other days the food is soggy and full of salt!
Always a long wait here in the drive thru. I'm in this drive thru as we speak and as it's always been long, it's never been this long. We haven't moved an inch in 26 minutes. This will be my last time at this location. This is supposed to be fast food. The food is already done. Pack it up and get this line moving.

My experience at Panda Express was frustrating. Despite no one ahead of me, it took 15 minutes to complete my order because the team prioritized an extensive kitchen clean-up over my meal preparation. This happened right above the fresh food meant for me. I questioned the manager, who conveniently sent the assistant manager, offering no solutions-for the inconvenience, just a remake of my food with a longer wait (I’m not gonna wait any longer). Disappointing service; seriously, I don't recommend this Irvine and Tustin Panda Express, if they do that in front of customers, I have no clue what might happens when no customers around...

I love this Panda Express! It's the best one in Orange County. It's near offices, so the food is fresh, and they have more options than other places. I give 5 stars for the yummy food and 5 stars for the hardworking staff. You can even use the drive-thru instead of walking in. Try the big plate with 3 sides – perfect for two people with a mix of chow mein and fried rice. Great experience every time!
Small portions of the entree on the two (2) entree meal and those entrees were not all that good - super small pieces of chicken and veggies - like they are cutting them up smaller now, BUT a lot of white steamed rice. The cream cheese wontons were good. Service - SUPER LONG WAIT! I didn't get thank you when my food was handed to me - just "the receipt is in the bag". I asked for sweet and sour sauce and the person without a mask grabbed a handful of packets and just wadded them up and handed them to me. I said "thank you" with absolutely no "thank you" back. IMO, I felt like I was a part of a herd of cattle that was being herded in and out of the drive-through quickly as possible, BUT I had to wait a very super long time for someone to even take my order - cars were piled up behind me too.Of course, the prices are higher now. Not going back - no thank you.

This place just seems to go down hill. The vegetables smelled and tasted like gas. The vegetables also had so much garlic on them. It seem like they want to disguise how old their food is. For $10 for a two item combo, I am going to have to go to Taco Bell. Don't go here. They are trying to kill all of us off who survived the pandemic. I had to add onto my comment, the chicken taste like it was triple dead. They just do not wash the food before cooking it. When I got home with our food, the house smelled real bad. Avoid if possible.

Just placed an order there at 7:15 pm 11/1/23 through UberEats. The cashier and server told me they didn’t have the order. Then a few minutes later told me that a driver picked up the food already. My order was a pick up order. A driver should not have touched it. One of the managers came out to try to resolve the situation. He told me that he is basically giving away free food. Honestly I don’t care. I paid for my food. Someone else picked it up. That’s not my problem. I came to pick up the food that I paid for. Write it off as a loss at the end of the year. The only thing he needed to do was apologize and serve the food. After that he could have had a conversation with his team members on making sure that pick up orders are not being taken by delivery drivers. And again.. writing the food off as a loss at the end of the year.

I got shrimp bowl, the rice was soft and mushy. There was barely any shrimp on it (I believe 6-7 pieces). Not worth for what you pay ?

Consistently Panda. Orange chicken, Kung pow chicken. Both were very good. Staff was quick and friendly.Maybe they just missed it but no Fortune cookie? So sad. LolI will be back.

The food was nice and hot. Friendly service and portions were just right. We had two combo plates, two drinks, and an egg roll for under $30.00.
