The food was good and the restaurant was clean but the staff was arrogant, unwelcoming, and slow. Not mentally slow but physically. The woman taking my order was impatient when I spoke and then lagged when she worked. She had a bad attitude that you could tell just by looking at her. She rolled her eyes each time I'd answer a question. She interrupted me multiple times and then seemed irritated when I asked for soy sauce and hot mustard. By the time I left, I was out $36 bucks and had no appetite. Unfortunately, I had taken my food to go. But it was still good the next day.Vegetarian options: Seeing roll, chow mein(w/eggs) and rice.Parking: Only one spot in front rest further away.Kid-friendliness: It's like fast food.Wheelchair accessibility: Not a problem ramps throughout shopping center.

Ordered for delivery and order wasn't correct, food Luke warm and to top things off when we tried to call this location about 8 times. No one answered. I'm calling corporate to complain. Very bad for business. Will never EVER recommend this place again!!!.

This location of Panda Express is quite good. It is located closer to where I live. I come here frequently, because it's convenient. My favorite items are black pepper chicken, sesame chicken, and chicken with string beans. The decor inside is nice and modern, which I like. I enjoy coming to this Panda Express because it is consistently hood. The only complaint that I have is that they don't always have the black pepper chicken.

I've eaten at many Panda Express's and this one is by far the worst! Terrible customer service and the mushroom/zucchini chicken were served like scraps - absolutely zero mushrooms, and the chicken looked like leftover bits and pieces - not the usual fresh chicken chunks at other locations. To top it off, both Tim and Lenny were rude enough to tell me that I couldn't put my 2 yr old grandson on the counter. What else am I going to do when I have both a 2 and 4-yr old and trying to order lunch? I'm not exactly superwoman with extraordinary strength and holding 2 boys was a bit tough since the line was long and the wait was arduous! AND trust me, Lenny DID NOT TELL ME that I would be getting a water bottle from the fridge for the Cub's meal. He is an awful cashier - no greeting - no thank you for coming in! The Cherng's better visit this particular restaurant. These people are giving Panda Express a "bad" name. I wanted to tell these two RUDE people that I'm a spy for the Cherng's, but thought better not. Service and the quality of the food was AWFUL.
Not sure why this place is getting all the bad reviews, as I've always had a good experience here. I also do a lot of catering orders from this location and the manager is always very helpful and professional. Food is always good for my catering orders. This location is also well kept and clean.

I stopped here here for dinner I ordered 2 items I had the app with points the guy at the cashier he won't try to help he had bad attitude then he ask the manager he said I have buy 1more item but in the rewards app it says you can reduce points but he couldn't do it and then I had to wait 10 minutes for teriyaki they did not have ready and I had to pay full amount this store needs new management and good nice service with a smile not bad attitude and paid over $10.00 they should hire nice people to serve at the cashier and good customer service I will stop going to this store.
