Meat serving so little, almost lost, poor taste, quality, and broccoli stems undone. Mushrooms serving had disguised batter. Chicken serving for my wife was almost empty. Do not bother.

The peppered Chicken was pretty sad. 70% of the dish consisted of onions. The remaining were smalls bits of chicken. Not normal as I order this frequently - this last time was pretty bad.

The Conscientious Critique

Not bad, for a Panda Express. There food has most certainly taken a cheaper factory made feel to it over the last couple of years. It’s sad to see when a company lowers its standards and increases its pricing. Not the way to go. The chicken for the teriyaki choice is a bit fatty and doesn’t have much flavor on its own. The fried rice seems to have taken a back seat on the ride to flavorville as well. The Orange chicken should be called Orange breading as it is 65% breading and 35% what I hope to be, chicken. Kung Pao wasn’t bad, had a bit of kick to it from the peppers, so it was decent. The Honey Sesame Chicken was very similar to the Orange chicken as I believe it to be the exact nugget form with different sauce. The Chow Mein was not bad, a tad oily, but not to bad. Service was good and the place was clean. Over all, 4 stars seems very fair for overpriced OK “Chinese” food.

I came in on New Year’s Eve to pick up a food delivery order and the store doors were fully open. Upon waiting at the front a team member from 4 feet away from me called out loudly “MAAM WE ARE CLOSED.” I said “im here to pick up an Uber eats order. So can I still get that or?” And the same team member shouted that they were closed early and the order should have already been refunded. I said “that doesn’t refund my pay. Please turn off your app? Otherwise I’ll just keep getting called back here.” To which all four Latin team members and one heavyset white female manger either laughed at me or sneered. It was the most disrespect that I have ever experienced when picking up food. I will not be picking up food from this location again and I have filed a complaint against the store with the delivery app.

I went to panda yesterday 10/30/23. All I have to say is I don't get food poisoning until yesterday after going to this panda. I have never felt so terribly ill, I actually hope this location closes down. No one deserves to get sick like this! They need to be inspected food and everything, this is so unacceptable!

Ordered from here from grub hub tonight, a bowl with double fried rice and honey sesame chicken. And this is what I got (see photo). It looks like I got a bowl that someone already ate. There's one normal size piece of chicken and a few small ones. Even the rice was only like one scoop and the entire bowl was half empty. Definitely not $12 worth of food in that bowl. I've ordered bowls before (in person) and it's usually over flowing. I feel like they do this on purpose for the delivery customers because you're not there to call them out, but it's a total rip off. Whoever did that no longer deserves a job.

Not a great panda express. Orange chicken too spicy. Rice undercooked fried rice too dry and undercooked with weird flavor. Doesn't taste like Chinese fried rice at all... taste mexican to me. Super small serving size.
