This is take out place not good for dining in. Not much service to talk about. The beef stew with rice was obviously microwaved food. Not recommended.

This place is unbelievable. My boyfriend and I ordered for pickup through Yelp and when we picked up our food...honestly, I don't know what to say. We ordered the Beef noodle soup, Lu Rou Fan meal, popcorn chicken and Taiwanese black cake. When my boyfriend picked up the order, he noticed the popcorn chicken was missing from the bag so he went back in to ask. They told him they were out but did not call us or notify us. OK WTF. When he got home and we opened the bag, the order of the Lu Rou Fan had...well NO Lu Rou Fan. Its literally just all the side dishes and rice. The fact that the restaurant can pack this up and serve it to people is appalling. I get that we ordered late through the app but if you don't want to serve your customers, DON'T. I'd rather save my time then have some half a** bullsh*t and be disappointed.

Located inside Kingchops Irvine, hard to find without a logo outside.Dear Owner. I spend over 15 mins to find this place in a 90 degree temperature day. Hope you guys can improve this. Kingchops is Kingchops. no body will know you guys go another "Name" as a ghost kitchen.

Located inside King Chops, Pang Shi Fu is a delicious and affordable Taiwanese takeout option. Items on the menu range from $5.50-$14.95. My family and I got the: - spicy herbal beef noodle soup, delicious, strong beef flavor and a tingly spiciness, soft tendon, flavorful daikon, tender beef, and soft but firm noodles - braised pork rice, only $8 for an entree, super yummy braised pork in a savory brown sauce, came with pickled mustard greens, a tea egg, and corn - curry beef short rib rice, super yummy, came with pickled cabbage and corn, large chunks of soft potato Service was quick and friendly. Took about 10 minutes to get our food. Right now, they only have to go.

LOCATION/AMBIANCE-- We took a while circling the plaza to find this place since there's no sign outside yet. Currently it's the same company as King Chops so if you see that, it's inside. I think the owner is either rebranding or creating a new brand within. Does not have dine-in option currently but might later? They play Chinese pop music so that's fun. FOOD-- we wanted to try this to see how Taiwanese it would be :) We ordered Spicy beef noodle soup, Minced pork rice and Popcorn chicken. All delicious!! The noodles were round and perfectly chewy. Flavor was also amazing and spicy with great fullness. Beef tendons were tender and yummy too. The popcorn chicken was perfect and we loved it! Just like the ones we like. Crunchy and juicy and flavor-packed. We'll be back to try more:) this might be our new place!
