Food is good but awful service with bad waiters/waitresses.

We held a business meeting at Panini Kabob Grill, and while some team members are familiar with the place, it was my first visit. Unfortunately, I found the person who greeted us to be rather grumpy, and her demeanor didn't improve throughout our visit. However, the other staff members who served us were very friendly. I also noticed that the restaurant follows a frustrating policy of not seating guests until half of the group has arrived; so this can be quite off putting and a senseless lack of hospitality.
The food salvaged the day however, everyone really enjoyed their meals and I must say it all tasted healthy, fresh and quite tasty! Knowing now what to expect here, I think I would return with a small party or for takeout, the food was wonderful, but I would never book another large group here.

Food is delicious but service is inconsistent. Takeaway portions ( plates ) are half of what you get at the restaurant.

The food is consistently excellent. Chicken is not usually something to write home about, but their chicken kabob is fantastic. The hummus is my absolute favorite from anywhere. Everytime we order here to-go we get a 16oz container of it because it's that good. The reason for 3 stars is because the service is awful.. they're very friendly but they can never get the food ready on time. Every. Single. Time. It gets old, for sure. If the food wasn't so delicious, I wouldn't come back. Maybe they'll figure it out one day

Waitress took order and never came back to check in on us. Nobody did actually. Not until after we were done eating and waiting could we even get someone to refill water. Should have tipped nothing, instead of giving my money for "service" thats not there.

Do not order any meal other than their kabobs. I made the grave mistake of ordering their Vegetarian Linguine which was the most bland and tasteless dish I've ever had. So much so that I couldn't even finish it and didn't bother taking it home. Had to add salt and pepper just to be able to take a few bites. The ingredients/veggies seemed old and frozen. I still can't get the disgusting taste out of my mouth. Oddly enough it was the last dish served at our table, after the kabobs. Their kabobs are amazing though but I absolutely do NOT recommend their vegetarian options. Why offer something you clearly can't do right. Just stick to what you know and do best!!!

I had a good experience at Panini Kebab. The kebabs were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the service was friendly and efficient. However, I wasn’t impressed with the rice—it could be improved. Despite that, it’s still a great place for a tasty meal!

i specifically asked for fresh kabobs and they brought me cold food. how hard is it to take such a simple order?

to Panini corporate: you’re losing customers by this location’s poor management

I have never seen a place more disorganized and with worse service.

We waited 90 minutes for the food. 90! I am not exaggerating.

We waited 5 just standing in the middle of the empty restaurant until the host got us seated, another 20 to get our drinks and here’s the worst one. ANOTHER 30 minutes until our food ORDER was taken. This is crazy.

We waited around 40-45 until the food arrived. Now here’s the real kicker. They didn’t bring us any utensils. They had to wrap new ones.

In what world is this acceptable service?

The food was great! I recommend the koobideh. But I personally don’t think it’s worth the wait and lack of organization. We used to come here more often. We came back after a few months but I don’t think we’ll be coming back…

I sat Watching my food sit for 25 minutes waiting for a to go order just so they could pour 1 small cup of tzaziki absolutely ridiculous ill never come here again my foods cold walking out the restaurant
