Panini Kabob Grill - Irvine Los Olivos

Man… this spot fell way off. I don’t know what happened, but the food was straight-up trash this time.
The beef came out raw in the middle like they didn’t even bother cooking it, and the chicken? Dry in some parts, raw in others. Like… how you mess up BOTH??

This place used to be good, for real. I used to hype it up. But after this?
Yeah, nah… that’s the last time I’m pulling up here. Total waste of money and a terrible experience.

Recommended dishes: Combo Kabob, Mediterranean Greek Salad

Ordered the chicken kabobs. Portion size is a bit large with a side salad and choice of side. Charcoal grilled chicken, tomato and onion with basmati rice.

Normally I like this place but the last time I went, I found a bug moving in my salad. I don’t even think they wash it before serving to be honest, otherwise that stuff would be cleaned.

They used to be my favorite restaurant, but service is getting worse with the bad attitude with the server. Food is getting bad and. Not famous anymore I suggest not going there anymore

We started coming to Panini Irvine after Mike joined the team, and his presence has made a noticeable difference. He greets customers warmly, remembers regulars, and genuinely cares that everyone has a great experience. Since he arrived, the service feels more professional, the food quality is consistent, and the whole atmosphere is more welcoming. Mike runs things with calm, respectful leadership,this location is truly fortunate to have him.

Food is delicious and atmosphere is amazing. But the service was phenomenal!! Our server Mailet was so sweet and attentive and made the experience even better. She provided wonderful service and we had great conversations and she always thought ahead and provided things before we even needed to think about it, let alone ask. She was so sweet and amazing! Great food , and amazing service ask for Mailet!!!

Came to eat. Restaurant not busy at 330 on a Saturday. Waited several minutes & no-one came to seat us despite the sign asking us to wait. Gave up and left. Smelled good, but the lack of service ruined it.

One of my favorite restaurants in this area. What a fantastic value this place is. Might go to is always the chicken kebab plate with Greek salad and a side of tzatziki or hummus. My wife always gets the chicken wrap.
