It's a nice place bathroom was nice the tiles look like bricks.... the food is delicious you should try those cream cheese donuts i could eat all of them all the time and I'm pretty sure I'd still want some cream cheese donuts...
I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Paris Baguette. I purchased this cake as a gift for my client, and when it was opened, we found a hair inside the cake.
I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always trusted Paris Baguette for quality and cleanliness, which made this incident especially upsetting. It was also quite embarrassing since this was meant to be a client gift.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that better quality control measures are implemented to prevent this from happening again.

Stand in a slow line only to find out they didn’t brew black coffee today. But we’re happy to have me wait 10 minutes to do an Americano. It’s a problem with these chains. They put forward a premium price, but the overall condition and service within the shop is very average. And in this instance well below average because they didn’t wanna bother brewing the coffee this morning.

I stopped by Paris Baguette for fast coffee service but ended up buying a pastry because the shop's treats are impossible to resist. The croissant had layers that were more delicate than my weekend activities.

Overpriced cold baguette, maybe next time I ask if they have fresher ones out back. (flavor was fine, close enough to real french baguette to fool most Americans) These might not even last long enough to make dinner tonight. Pain chocolate cold , too. Mostly everything is just old I guess from sitting out so long. This must be a side effect of having little to no foot traffic. Atmosphere was eh, nobody answered back when I greeted workers. But manager and older staff seemed attentive, and usual fare for California. Nobody greets you, ever. I was expecting difference considering Paris is in the name. Save your pennies and just to to France this winter with the fam. Will only go back to try and get fresh baguettes.
The staff is always professional and friendly. Miguel provided excellent customer service. 10/10, would get coffee and pastries again.

The restaurant is clean and well decorated.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
There's lots of pastry options. Both savory and sweet. There are also premade sandwiches. Some are child and can be heated, and others that are served cold. Then there are the cakes. You can order slices or entire cake. They have lots of drink options hot coffee/ tea and cold options too.
They have plenty of indoor seating as well as patio seating.
Everything is yummy.
