I'm partial to local independent cafes rather than chains, but I'll choose Peet's over another chain any day. Black Tie coffee is a fun drink, and their mainstream espresso drinks are good all around.Sometimes, their newer foods and drinks don't turn out quite as well as I expect. But again, lots of reliably good options.Nice outdoor seating in general, but gets crowded at times and could use more shade.

Love that Peet's is open early and closes late! This location is located in the Pavilion's shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. Baristas were super friendly, my drink came out fairly quickly and my Havana Cappuccino tasted amazing!. Love how this location is warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend!

WOW! Talk about customer service this location ig Peets is by far the best I have been to. Highly recommended! The team is on point! Jennifer, Shene and Christina are ALWAYS a nice stop in for my day. It seems everyone at the store has great synergy with one another. Thanks to all of the team at Peets Orchird Hills to bring a comfortable atmosphere to get some work done and enjoy a delicious beverage and meal!

I'm OBSESSED with Peet's coffee's matcha latte with peppermint syrup!! It used to be a drink available on the members only menu in the Peet's app. But now I just customize my matcha latte to make the same thing. It has such a refreshing flavor!!

We ordered a Mocha Frape, very tasty. It’s not so sweet like others which is good. Inside is very comfortable and they serve fast.
I love Peet's, but the location in particular consistently makes my drinks taste like hot water and espresso shots. They're either bit mixed or missing ingredient.
