5 dollars for this tiny little drink. This is what I get for cheating on 7Leaves where I get 3 times the size for only 4.50 and it tastes way better than Peet’s. Not only that, they saw me walk in with my laptop getting ready to do my homework and the lady waited until I purchased my drink and walk away to find a seat when she told me, we close in 5 minutes. Another reason why I should’ve gone to seven leave. They close at 12. Peet’s closes at 7pm. Never coming here again. Moving forward I will stay loyal to 7Leaves

I have to say that every employee here is absolutely wonderful They are Pleasant And if you're looking for the perfect almond croissant, this is the place to go. I am hooked every day. I have to have my almond croissant here I have not found another croissant that compares to this one

I always get coffee here, most times is good. But at times I notice they dont’ heat the milk to good temp even when mentioned extra hot. Cappuccino & hot chocolate tasted horrible. Hope they train their staff to maintain quality.

Btw I put no straw on my order for a reason . I put this every time please don’t put a straw out for me . Does someone not read this ?? I’m trying to save environment plus I have a cup with a straw in it that I transfer drink to this is really a pet peeve . Please listen to customers with their requests like this . And maybe consider not using straws or getting sippy cup like starbucks . It doesn’t help our earth !!

I waited 20 minutes for my drink to be made incorrectly twice. It was not even busy and the employee refused to apologize. As a Peetnik Rewards member, this was the first time I had such poor and rude service..

This is my go to place to get quick bite and coffee or just to invite for quick meeting. Service and bartenders are super nice.
The manager here is rude. This cafe only has a few ports in the lounge, most of which don't work when you plug in so its difficult to study. There is a perfectly good working plug on the far wall that has good size table. Being its the table they use for Food Pick ups he would not let me use the table. Mind you the table is completely empty I told him i needed to charge my iPad and I had no problem sitting on the far side of the table. He said no because your going to get in the way of the drinks. I said sir are you serious, I said well please fix your ports as people come here to study and they can not its frustrating. He had this look like well sucks for you.

Growing up in Berkeley, our family was very familiar with Peets. We lived a few blocks from the original store Walnut/Vine. My mom was a huge fan of their coffee. Every chance that I would get, I'd stop in and get my favorite drink. I'd say everything, the product is exceptional. Except for this visit. My drink came out and was watery. Reluctantly asked to redo, since I knew it was substandard and I paid good money for it. The redo was even worse! It was all ice and no coffee! The quality unexpectedly slipped. I thought I could rely on a quality product. I guess not at this location.
