Coffee is absolutely delicious. Service is awesome. They are attentive and ready to help and accommodate any way possible to make sure you get what you ask for. I wish there were Peets coffee out here in the Inland Empire. Worth the drive either way. Highly recommend Peet's coffee.

For 2024 - wanted to update my last review as this Peets location continues to not disappoint. Re Food: Top notch. My wife especially is a picky eater but no when it comes to Peets. She loves the blue berry muffin and egg sandwhich. Me - I love the frittatas, plant based sandwhich or turkey bacon. The coffee - The drips are always my favorite. I also enjoy ordering the brew at home options including the major Dickinson for winter - flat press. The service: Miguel, manager, is awesome. Always courteous, he knows his customers on a first name basis, including my retired father. His team is always in sync and for all the years I've known Miguel - this franchise is always IMO the flagship of what a Peets should be. Ambiance: I know I'm not alone in my opinions. There's always a group of regulars that come by - be it playing chess in the summer or congregating outside among a New York to CA tribe, this place always attracts a combination of "regulars" and passer by's. Love it! Here's to an even better 2024!

They redid their app making it useless. After three phone calls, I've bought my last cup of Peets. Ild hide behind not answering phones too at the corporate level too if customer service was not part of my business plan. Too bad they aren't upfront

Worst experience ever in a Pete’s .. Either they lied to me about the sandwich content or they are clueless .. and then they topped with burnt after taste coffee .. I’m guessing that was a dark roast which I didn’t order! WTH PETE’s .. employees can’t tell if the sandwich has bacon or not!? And can’t tell the difference between light or dark roast!? .. they said they don’t have light is medium roast okay!? What ever they served didn’t taste anything like a fresh or medium roast!
