I come here quite often, and the team is always super friendly and helpful. Today, I was quite busy at work and ordered through UberEats instead of going in. The driver unfortunately forgot part of my order and Uber refused to refund the items, so I called to check if I could pick them up myself instead. Not only were they super helpful and resolved my issue, they threw in an extra drink in for free as a consolation for the inconvenience caused which wasn’t even their fault. Absolutely great service and these guys are always awesome!

Having had cheesesteaks in Philadelphia I have to say this is certainly the closest out here on the west coast! Not all franchise locations are the same and certainly this one was cleaner than the one I go to up in Los angeles, however this location didn't quite have the same mushroom style (as pictured below)and didn't have the yellow banana peppers so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Yorba Linda, California store. I ordered a Mushroom cheese steak. There were just a very few canned mushrooms, I added onions as well, again I saw just a very few tiny pieces and I couldn't taste mushrooms or onions.. There was a good amount of meat, but it was over salted. Even though the bread was delicious, I won't be back

Again I walked into Philly's Best in Irvine craving a cheese steak. But once again, I walked out with an amazing ham & cheese hoagie - chock full of thinly sliced Boars Head ham, piled high on top of my favorite veggies (as fresh as can be). If you're looking for a healthier alternative to a burger (or even one of the most delicious cheese steaks this side of the Rockies), drop on by. Their service is great. Friendly and quick. The seating area is comfortable and very clean. (Parking can be a challenge around lunch, so be prepared.)
Classic Philly spot, been going here for years, sandwiches are on point, fries are good, owner and employees are always a happy vibe bubbling with positivity and good service. Always enjoy coming here. My go to is the mushroom cheesesteak but you can't go wrong here honestly.

Food - Philly cheesesteak, hoagies, burgers, fries, onion rings and salads. I usually order the classic or Philly's best cheesesteak but i love their Philly's best burgers believe it or not. I find this type of burger to be unique amongst the other burgers because of the Philly style. I so wanted to share my burger except I ate it all before I could even take a picture! Service - none other than order at the counter. Clean up after yourself. Ambiance - really feels like your local burger joint or even a slight Philly vibe I guess. Verdict - really a no brainer. If you are feeling some Philly in Cali, then this is a decent place to go to

Absolutely the worst cheese steak I ever had. I wish I would have took a picture of it. I make them all the time at home and add wiz to mine. So decided to try this place out. The sandwich was ALL wiz no meat. I had to throw the whole thing away because it was like watching mast cheese that did not even taste like good cheese. No seasoning nothing. Don't go here

The Irvine location has the worst customer service! I will never go back there, no matter how good their sandwiches are. Not worth it. They got my sandwich wrong and then the manager argued with me on the phone telling me that he didn't get it wrong when I was staring at it the whole cool time. I never heard I'm sorry once. They did make me a new one, but I had to drive all the way back there, and nobody was courteous enough to apologize, or even be kind. Not cool. You've lost my business.
