25$ fee just for sitting at a table
The food wasn't flavorful and the beef was bland
Spent over an hour waiting for food
Had too constantly remind the waiter what we ordered
Forced a tip on the check
Kid-friendliness: It's not kid friendly, they wouldn't place the excruciatingly hot bowls on the table. Instead they handed us the bowls in our hands.

The soup base was not rich and the soup was lukewarm. The meat was tough. The front desk guy was black faced and rude the entire time! I won't come back.

Didn't try the pho, had a basil chicken dish in a sauce that was supposed to be garlic but didn't taste like it at all. The chicken was stringy and salty. The egg rolls were weird. The place was really busy, surely all these people can tell if the food is good or not? Disappointing and won't be back.

unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The soup tasted medicinal, which was very off-putting. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have left after the first bite. The grilled beef was extremely dry and unappetizing. Overall, it was a waste of $20. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I had the pho with squid, fish fillet, imitation crab, and shrimp. It was good, not much else to say. The water was also really nice

I ordered to go and I picked a seat while 40% of the seats were empty. They asked me to wait outside and when I replied it's hot outside they simply said," seats are for the customers who eat inside" if a customer comes and im on the only empty table sure I'll hand it to them but what's wrong with waiting inside when most of the seats are empty? Originally we though this is a good Vietnam food, however, the sauce ruin everything, including our vermicelli with beef and beef salad. It is not a authentic taste, plus it is a bit pricy.

Expensive
You know its good when the Pho broth beefy and star anise scent fills your nose as it is placed on the table! Of course I kicked it up with REAL Huy Fong Sriracha! The garlic noodles with mushroom did a delightful battle with the Pho to entertain my nose. But when the noodles hit my tongue......drooool!

I’ve been here a few times. Today just made men want to write a review. This isn’t place… small amount of noodles, pulled out a great amount of just pure fat chunks, there’s literally no difference between portion sizes besides the price. Soda machine doesn’t work, there’s better places in Irvine.. don’t go here.
Service is service.. they forgot a few of the add ons.. pho places are known for being fast & precise.. this place dropped the ball.
Prettt look inside.

It takes 5 seconds to de-vein a shrimp. After digging a half teaspoon of shrimp poop out of these little guys, I threw them in the trash. You wouldn't have served these to your family or friends. Not coming back.
