This place for breakfast is now my new favorite. The food is simply divine. Excellent quality, fast service, large portions and from non-GMO products. The service is beyond praise. Unbelievably tasty, strong coffee, divinely delicious ricotta pancakes. We were there 3 times with my daughter and no matter what we ordered everything was incredibly delicious.

We absolutely love Poached Kitchen! It has become our go-to spot for delicious, high-quality meals. Their eggs Benedict is hands down my favorite and their vanilla latte & matcha latte are both delicious. My husband is a big fan of the chorizo burrito, which is packed with flavor.

What really stands out is how family-friendly they are. Our toddler loves their food, and I feel great about it because everything is organic and thoughtfully prepared. Knowing that Poached uses local, organic produce and humanely-raised meats free of GMOs and nitrates makes it even better.

The service is also fantastic—our orders always arrive super fast, whether we dine in or order for takeout. Poached Kitchen is truly a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wholesome and delicious dining experience!

This is the only breakfast place in town where I don't get sick. I don't know why but I always get sick whenever I go to other breakfast places. And their food is good!!!!! I wish I had taken more photos. Their service is great! This place has become too popular, my family goes here right at 7 AM so that we don't have to wait in line. Their coffee is also good. My picky kids and mom-in-law also approved this place. Highly recommend!

I love, love, love, Poached Kitchen. It’s a place that never disappoints. Their food is amazing and their services is quick and friendly. It’s a little loud inside and is pretty popular so it’s not a quiet meal but the design is fun and reflective of our city. It’s my favorite breakfast place. There is seriously not a better Eggs Benedict around!!!

writing this review purely on the service, the food is fine.

when i first walked up to order, the girl at the cashier looked up at me, said nothing and then looked back down at the cashier. when my family finally was allowed to walk up, we were told we were crowding the cashier area and to move because there were two lines (reasonable, but we hadn’t been told that initially because we hadn’t been invited up to order)

my dad is hard of hearing and english is not his first language, and during the ordering process the cashier was rude and impatient. when another group came up to order, our cashier looked up at him with a smile and asked him how his morning was, which was quite jarring because she hadn’t even greeted us.

overall, this place used to be somewhere i really enjoyed getting breakfast but i’m really disappointed that i experienced this encounter today :’).

this is an incredible breakfast brunch spot in Irvine. they are always busy for a reason. i am not into eating out for breakfast or brunch but this place always hits the spot with the quality of food and the taste of each item. i love their short rib egg benedict and chilaquiles.

I came in here with my boyfriend feeling excited to try this place out due to its reviews. I walked in already feeling a bad wave of energy with the host up in the front. After we placed our orders, the host informed us that we could sit anywhere we liked and that it was self-seating. Nobody bothered to check up on us and one of the servers rudely told us to move from a 4-seat table to a 2-seat table when we had already been served with water and utensils meaning we had to move all the stuff on our own to another table. The server could’ve told us to move politely with a bit of mannerism but no she came in telling us to move so suddenly. The food here was okay the salmon tasted somewhat bad and it had discoloration. I got a side of hash browns expecting it to be crispy but no they taste like mashed potato at this point just change the hash brown menu to mashed potatoes. This place made me realize that not all places with 4-star ratings are too good to be true. Just because you have a 4.5 rating on Yelp doesn’t mean that you guys take your service seriously and have a top-notch service. We didn’t ignore what the host said because we heard her state that self-seating is anywhere she didn’t mention anything about 4 tables reserved for 3 or more people. If you did want to implement these rules for guests then you should’ve put a sign instead so people are aware. The server did not approach us politely with mannerisms. I’m writing this all my honest opinion because this place could’ve done a better job with their service. This was a very detailed and honest review you guys can defend your guys store all you want but I’m writing this from the experience that I had when I was here. Again service is horrible everyone working here looked like they were dreading working here. Have some upbeat character in your servers and strive to have a top-notch service. Prove it.

Great place for a big breakfast! So many options. Walk in and place order and drinks and food are brought to you. We sat outside as the inside was loud and background music was a little loud. I had the Eggs Benedict that came with hash browns. It was very filling! Keep in mind — this place gets busy on the weekend! We tried Saturday just before noon and the line was very long and we didn’t want to wait. Tried again today and arrived just before 9:30 and we got one of the last tables. Just after that the line began to grow quickly. I see why - it’s a great place with good food.
