Parking was challenging but options to walk a little is key! There was a small line but instead of just staying there I went straight to the hostess to ask about the wait then she asked my info and placed me on the wait-list. Other people were waiting without ever making contact, smh. All in all the food was tasty from my Benedicts to the machaca and huevos rancheros were fantastic! Nice and friendly service! Loved it!
Poached Kitchen has become one of our go to breakfast spots and for good reason. We have been here a few times now and honestly have never had a bad meal. This time I got the Morning Scramble with bacon which is always my favorite and it was perfect once again. The eggs are creamy and airy, never dry or overcooked, and they hold together nicely. The cream sauce with the bacon on top adds just the right flavor, crispy and tangy. Their sourdough is great too and makes the best little...
Food quality used to be amazing, but it's been sliding recently and the protein portions in their meals have been cut back noticeably. Service has also been on the decline, which may be due to staffing changes. The staff that has been there for some time are always great, but the newer folks don't seem to value service as highly.
