Such an absolute gem! The Ceylon black milk tea with boba and grass jelly at 50% sweet was amazing. The tea was mellow and smooth and the boba was hot and with the right chewiness. I can see them brewing each cup fresh! And the employee told me they make their grass jelly fresh too! And loving their new holidays cups ❤️

The coconut matcha cloud is my favorite drink of allllll time !! It’s so delicious and refreshing. It’s always made perfectly every time and I could literally drink it every day. 5 stars
