I miss the previous owners. They were very caring to meet their custumer's needs. It is too complicated to order at this place now. Their customer service became so poor that I just decided not to go back anymore. My co-workers decided the same. I hope the new owner reconsider his attitude, especially having Farmer Boys as a competitor, which meals are bigger and customer service is way better.

Used to be really good, service was good, they were quick even when busy. Ever since it's been under new ownership, the service has gone downhill. I thought I'd give them one last try this morning, I called to order and the minute this person picked up the phone super roude, I had already told him what I wanted and he kept being roude so I decided not to give them my business. Super sad that used to be one of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch.

Cheap owner, false advertiser, I got my card stamped 9 times and he only gave me a free sandwich, no combo. It said right on the card " free sandwich COMBO after 9 visits" Buyer beware!

Reasonably priced sandwiches, they use Boars Head for their meats. Small shop but definitely worth it over Subway or ToGo's!

Great little place in a hidden area. Across from the very populate veterinarian office off Redhill and MacArthur. Hours are only like 7:00 to 4:00 I think. I've had a few lunch sandwiches and breakfast burritos. Good prices and always fresh tasting grub. They serve Diedrich's Coffee! The folks who own it are super nice. If you're in the area, give it a try. Don't think you'll be disappointed.

Wow this place has undergone some huge changes, new cooks new pricing new cashiers...seems very disoriented now and pricing is never the same anymore! One day to the next it's a gamble if you will be charge the same for the same food. This was my go too lunch spot for nearly 2 years now I may never come back. Plenty of other quality delis in this area to have inconsistent quality/pricing. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I really like it & go there regularly. They make there food neatly and I never have a problem with anything lacking. I mostly only get sandwiches at lunch. They are friendly and quick as well.

Small sandwich shop with consistently good sandwiches. I go here several times a month and the food is always really good.

The sandwich I had here was not good. I ordered the Chicken BLTC ($7.95) which has grilled chicken breast, bacon, cheddar, mayo, lettuce + tomato on a baguette. In theory, this should have been a solid sandwich, however, it was a little lacking. The chicken breast were actually several smaller pieces of chicken fitted together, which is fine, but the way the sandwich was assemble made for an uneven distribution when biting into the sandwich. The lettuce was shredded, which again, is fine, but was definitely not fresh because it was slightly wilted/yellowy in appearance. The sandwich lacked flavor as well. I added on a bowl of chicken noodle soup ($3.50), which was a really good value considering the amount they give you. I liked the soup very much. I appreciated the unusual noodle shape. It's a good value for the price because you get a substantial amount of food. If you are the kind of eater who eats of sustenance, Reynolds is right up your alley.

Great sandwich spot! Their vegetarian sandwich is my wife's favorite. She use to get it all the time when she was working at the office but stopped since telecommuting. Here lately we just started taking it to go and making it a regular lunch place again. Again, awesome food!

This one's near my work. Plus:. They make an edible reuben with corned beef. It was passable but then it was very cheap.
