‼️POKE BOWL SCAM ‼️DO NOT ORDER POKE BOWLS FROM HERE. Poke bowl advertised to include raw fish somehow mine was delivered to me with cooked shredded salmon? Either change the advertising picture or title or specify this somewhere CLEARLY. Who thinks a poke bowl’s protein is not RAW FISH. it’s in the definition.

Just had late dinner, last minute. I found them open. It’s a nice idea. It’s something different than others. The service was fast was looking better than our picture on the website and was more rich with ingredients for this reason I do rate as a five star.

My friends and I agreed that the onigiri we tried were alright. The fillings were not especially flavorful and the rice was a little too loose. I tried the kbbq beef, salmon, and crab. Service was efficient and courteous. The food hall had lots of free seating and food options.

portions are small and I just noticed they charge you $1 convenience fee and $.25 service charge to put in an order through kiosk.

neither service nor convenience are provided, I'm doing all the work. charging for something you're not providing and hiding it in taxes and fees is bs.

2. The spot has fun casual vibes since it is located inside a food hall!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It took less than 10 mins!

I never tried anything here, so I decided to get a desert. Omg it was absolutely disgusting and far from fresh. Avoid this place! Waste of money.

The shrimp did not taste fresh at all. It was mushy. Miso corn was too salty. Bulgogi and salmon onigiri were decent. Cucumber salad was too tart.

Not bad but not good. Got the trio, the rice falls apart, the flavours don’t work… got the salmon, too much sauce, the shrimp were so tiny and not fresh, very mushy.

Came here during my 30-minute lunch break and placed my order just 3 minutes in. I waited 27 minutes for seven rice balls—and never even received them. While waiting, I went next door to Krip for coffee (they were busy too) and still managed to get my drink quickly. I came back to check on my food, only to find two orders still ahead of mine with just one minute left on my break.

It should never take nearly half an hour to make a simple order like that. I had to request a refund and leave empty-handed. Now I have to work a 9-hour shift with no food. Completely unacceptable. Do better.
