Ever since Reza Mortazavi became the manager at this location, everything has gone downhill. I am so surprised this Irvine location is still opened. He is rude and doesn’t care about the customers/ Every time we are there the servers don’t even know how to direct the dogs and they crunch them together and it becomes a hostile environment for them and people. nobody cares! The food quality is also disgusting and this location is so dirty. It smells like sewer and there are roaches and rats everywhere! The only way to save this location from closing like the one in Temecula is to hire a new manager who can make it how this lazy dog in irvine was before Mr. Reza came in!!!’
Rudy was great. I normally dont write reviews for food places anymore but he made me just go online and spend few minutes to give a 5 start to everything at this location, because of his service. Ask for him when you go here next time to dine.

Went with my parents for an early Christmas dinner and service was great… food was delicious… and atmosphere was on point!
5 out of 5 for service. Our server Lauren was wonderful and attentive. She gave us a lot of great suggestions. This place is a must to visit while in Atlanta.
I love this place. The best Moscow Mules!! Wedge salad is really good too. 😊
Nice atmosphere, good food & friendly staff.
The bartenders are amazing and cocktails always great. Good variety of food choices, and a late night happy hour that starts at 9 PM
First time here and just loved the place. It is a big place, but we were surprised at how quick we were served, how attentive the server was and the pace of service. The food was great. They have a huge selection of different food and a great selection of beer on Tap. I cant even begin to make recommendations, but everything we had was great.
Since it opened, we have been going to Lazy Dog at the Irvine Marketplace countless times for dinner, lunch, weekend breakfast or for some drinks and appetizers at the tall tables by the bar. Last Saturday my wife and I went for a drink & appetizer moment. Unfortunately, it couldn’t materialize bc something has changed at LD. When we arrived somebody with a tablet at the entrance door was keeping the customers outside blocking the access to the reception desk. We walked to the bar area and had a seat at one of the tables as usual. A waiter walks by toward the entrance and came back to ask us if we had registered at the entrance. We told him about previous visits and he said that now the only open seats are at the bar counter itself. As an exception he offers to take our order. I asked for my favorite beer and he said that LD didn’t have it. I told him that I had it in previous visits and his unpolite response was: “we got rid of it”. At that point my wife and I were uncomfortable enough and decided to leave. We were given exactly the opposite of what we were looking for: a relaxing moment. Amazingly the place was 90% empty. Most people were at the bar counter. We walked across the parking lot to BJ’s where we got a relaxing moment our way, that is, bar table open seat, friendly waiter, my favorite beer and so on.
Extensive menu. Everything delicious!

Great food and drinks and service
Delicioso, muy buena atención, no tardan en servir
Wait persons are very courteous, engaging, and quick to serve. Brandon was our waiter, and he was great, both in personality and in service. He made our dining experience extra special because of his dedication to serve his customers well. Dining outside was delightful!
One of our favorites for lunch when in Irvine. We met a local friend here and shared a great bottle of Chardonnay and their incredible Ahi Tuna Salad. It was more than enough for two full meals. The bartender "Nick" was a great host and offered what we needed before we asked. Since we were celebrating 53 years together he offered a special "Free" dessert. Wow what a treat. Great time and food here.
Dropped in on a Thursday evening about 6:00. Seated in a nice booth immediately. Manny was our server, greeted us and brough utensils and water. Ordered an IPA, Thai chicken salad, fish & chips for the wife. The offered to bring malt vinegar, a nice touch. Fish was hot and crisp, fries were very good. Salad had lots of chicken and spice, enough left for a lunch tomorrow. Service was great, Manny very attentive, prompt, and friendly.
