Food and service were outstanding!! Our waiter Dave was GREAT. The rib eye was so good is was beyond my expectations.
Very good experience and good quality food, went for a friends birthday and they didn't disappoint
The service was outstanding- even though it was very busy when we arrived. Our waiter was very attentive and everything was on point. We enjoyed another delicious meal!
It was a great experience. From the time we were seated, they made sure to spread confetti on the table to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had an amazing waiter, Carter, he was fantastic. The food was excellent and worth the price.
The company made it great! The service was excellent. Just the right amount, without rushing us, or leaving us waiting. The food is good. But for the cost, we should have all left cross-eyed. It's alright though. You know what you're in for when you make the reservation. That consistency is what makes Ruth's Chris what it is.
The barbecue shrimp was not the same. The broth is usually a thicker consistency and it was very watery with less flavor and the bread served with it was not the same. We've been going for years just for the barbecue shrimp.
We went a little early but very happy with the quality and quantity of the food. Server Chris was fantastic.
Our server David was amazing! Also, everything we ordered was amazing. We had the wedge salad, filet and garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.
My wife and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The service was great, the food was outstanding and they even personalized our menu for our celebration. I'm not joking when I say that that ribeye steak I had was the best steak I've ever had in my entire life at a restaurant... thank you Ruth Chris Steakhouse!
Have dined at Ruth's for decades. Always great food at any location. Seems Irvine's service has been off its previous years highs as of last several visits. Last night had to wait to find a server to bring out the missing item for the main entree presentation, so food cools while waiting as you would not start with one and not the other; drink did not come out as requested; saw they are now including tip on top of the recommended tip amount, unlike you see at most establishments, such as those run by Tilman Fertitia. Kind of annoying when restaurants continue to have patrons provide a bigger share of their comp plan, especially now with No Tax on Tips to boot; need to replace the leather in our booth seat that is completely worn out. And this one is on me - since very very rarely find a problem, didn't catch it until returning home that we were charged $21.00 for a “Open Wine” line item in addition to the listed wine glass we did order. My bad for not checking, but will be the last time I do a mental “close enough” acceptance on a $252 tab. All said, yes, we will return, as the flavors for a steak is unmatched, but we will do so with a fresh awareness on what is necessary to receive our full value in sky rocketing times. Hope the rest of the premium returns to the level of their food soon, and as recently realized at other Ruth's locations.

Ruth's Chris food never disappoints. Service is mediocre. Our waitress saw my empty Arnold Palmer glass while refilling water. Didn't offer to refill my AP and I had to ask another waitress because ours kept disappearing. Although a gentleman by the name of Rory threw a soup spoon at me while serving us our appetizers. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and encourage myself that it slipped out of his hand.
We love Ruth Chris and had a great time at their Caymus wine tasting dinner. The service was outstanding, and the food selections paired with the wine served were great.
We had a wonderful sever Astrid. Also Angelo does a wonderful job as well. The meal was perfect and the Carrot Cake was delicious. We always come in and are never disappointed.
This was our second time here celebrating our wedding anniversary. Much like the first time, everything was excellent.
I’ve generally found Ruth’s Chris to be pretty consistent, but this location has been a little bit “less than” the past couple of times I’ve been here. The steak temperature is not precise (my dining companion ordered medium, and the steak came out less than rare). The wine list shows vintages that are no longer in stock and the bottle was brought room temperature, not cellar temperature. Fine steakhouses should pay attention to the details and I’ve found that this location misses the mark.
