David was a delight from beginning to end. Whoever gets the opportunity to have him as a waiter, consider yourself lucky. Everyone at this restaurant was so nice and the food itself was an absolute phenomenal experience. I highly recommend!

Visited on a Friday night with family. It was our first time here and we didn’t have a reservation. The restaurant was extremely busy and the quoted wait time was over an hour. However, one of our group was pregnant, and after speaking with the manager, they were incredibly accommodating and arranged a table for us. That alone left a very strong first impression.

We ordered the Tomahawk steak, which was massive and perfect for sharing among three people. The presentation was impressive, and the steak was cooked beautifully—great crust on the outside, tender and juicy inside, full of flavor even without extra seasoning. The grilled asparagus was fresh and nicely charred, a good balance to the richness of the meal. The au gratin potato was rich and creamy, and the lobster tail had firm, sweet meat that paired perfectly with the butter.

The service throughout the night was outstanding. From the manager to the servers, everyone was attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. Many staff members checked in, offered congratulations and well wishes to the pregnant guest, which really elevated the entire dining experience. Water refills, plate changes, and timing were all handled seamlessly.

Overall, not just great food, but exceptional service and hospitality. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back, especially for special occasions. Highly recommended.

We had a VERY large group at a long table next to us which made it hard for us to get up from our table without running into wait staff. I would advise not having a table that close to the booths. Food was delicious tho.

They really out did themselves. I told them it was my 2 year anniversary, they put it on the menu (that we were able to take home), put decorative hearts on the table, and brought out a cheesecake that had happy anniversary on it written in chocolate! I've been here multiple times but it was my plus one's first time here and they really made her feel special. Thank you again Ruth Chris Irvine you guys killed it! Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious. Can't go wrong with the 3 for 60 deal

Ruth's Chris Steak House has always been a favorite and it did not disappoint. Took my daughter recently to the Irvine location, and the food was just as phenomenal as I remembered. Shoutout to our waiter, Aaron, and the entire support staff: friendly, attentive, and truly professional! Amazing selections of steak and seafood with generous portions, great value, and an all-around fantastic experience. A perfect night out!!!

Went for my girlfriend's birthday, and our server Carter was amazing. Provided us with some of the best service I've ever had at a restaurant and food was delicious as well. Definitely will come back, thank you for making her day special.

Ruth Chris is no longer a great steak house, but it is still at least good. Filet was excellent, service was clumsy and perfunctory! It must be very hard to find good people who care about their work and the customers! It was just ok. No greeting at the front reception, seemed too busy at 5:15 this evening to even glance up and acknowledge our presence. At an expensive high end restaurant I’m going to have to lower my expectations from now on or stay home and have a better meal and definitely better service!

We had a great experience. My husbands steak was cook off a little and they made it right immediately and two different managers came by to make sure we were happy. The only thing was it was loud and we happened to be next to a large party on top of it. Most of the time there was a try next to our table so they could help clear dishes throughout their meal. I mean there really was no other place for the busser put it honestly but it's wasn't an ideal place to sit. The waiter was awesome and the host was too.

Amazing ribeye! All the food was great. Our server was attentive and personable.
Only drawback is that the place is smallish and tables close together so it can be noisy.
