Ruth's Chris Steak House

For starters, the food and table service were fine, what you’d expect from this type of chain steakhouse.

The rating comes because our party had put in a reservation 2 months prior and we still had to wait 45+ minutes beyond our reservation time. This was a party of 7 with to elderly individuals. There wasn’t room to sit while waiting, so we had to stand outside the entire 45 minutes. The waiter worked to accommodate our frustration, but the wait time was absolutely unreasonable, especially given the circumstances.

Great place for a steak or business dinner? Food was on point, including side.. lobster mas, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and asparagus..😋

I love this place! I don't eat red meat too often so when I do eat I want to make sure it is good. This place never disappointed me.
1. Space: From bar to dining area (even bathroom) this restaurant is always clean!! When you pull your chair out no surprises (piece of food from previous customer).
Silverware, plates, and linens --always perfect. I hate restaurants with dirty silverware and glassware!
2. Food: I usually order filet mignon or filet mignon with lobster tail. I like my stake
medium-rare. They never dropped the ball on cooking my stake. Their side is always tasty too. I order asparagus or sometimes crab cakes.
3. Service: If you go to the
restaurant this level you do expect them to have good attitude and service. Servers are all people too and probably do have a bad day--but they never dropped the ball for me. Always friendly, quick to get what customers want and need, professional in every way.

All around nice experience. French onion soup was inedible though 😅 steaks were awesome though! Lots of screaming children to be weary if you’re looking for a quite dinner 😅

After COVID, I found this restaurant. There is nice bartender scene. I had very nice service.
2024. January was good... but... 2024. May.. he was gone...too disappointed !!!
If...He will be back... I will be back for nice service to me !!!

Because I found better restaurants in fashion Island Mall !!!

My first time was AWESOME. Great experience food atmosphere service. 5 stars. I ordered the filet Oscar style. Sides of asparagus mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. All yum! Price was worth the superior experience.

I have been to this restaurant probably 20 times, and it has really gone downhill in my opinion. The food is just ok. Steaks are fine but nothing exceptional. It's overpriced and the decor is really getting tattered. The booth we sat in had leather seats that looked like they were from an old Dennys. Ripped and threadbare. You're better off spending a bit more and going to Mastros

We had the best service and meal but would expect no less from this Ruths Chris Irvine location. We drive out of our way (live in the same city as another Ruths Chris restaurant but it doesn't compare). Thank you for another memorable dining experience!

Food was divine, service was incredible. Carter went above and beyond to make our Easter dinner lovely. We will be back!

I had an incredible experience thanks to our server, Chris—he went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The manager also stopped by our table to check in and ask how the food was, which we really appreciated. Another gentleman named Dylan was also very pleasant and welcoming. Everyone there made us feel so valued. This is hands down my favorite restaurant, and I would go back again without hesitation!

Carter and Logan were the best team! I was celebrating a birthday and they treated me like a queen!

We decided to have our Christmas Eve dinner here. I find that the Irvine location is a much nicer experience compared to the Anaheim one near Disneyland. More relaxed and less touristy.
The food was amazing as expected. Service was good but could have been better. We had to ask for our drinks to be refreshed a couple of times. Would have liked a little more attentiveness.
