If you think they are putting “filet minon” on their Pho, you need your eyes checked. It’s just roast beef from a flank. Huge disappointment. I was expecting steak like the picture. Broth was watery even after I let the entire mixture sit for 4 hours to let the basil lime and beef juices settle into the soup. The woerst was the false advertising.

Great spot for a quick bite. One of the best banh mi sandwiches in Orange County. Girl friend always gets the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork. Their crispy pork is top notch, highly recommend. Don’t forget their house green sauce!

Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.
