Pretty tasty food overall, although a little pricey for what it is. Wouldn’t recommend the strawberry lemonade, a bit too watered down.

This little hidden gem in Irvine served up some amazing food. Ordering is easy through a kiosk. The food comes out packaged in take out boxes. There are a few tables in the restaurant for eating and some patio chairs outside. We ordered the pork banh mi, garlic noodles and pork belly, Thai tea and lychee lemonade. The banh mi was flavorful and had the perfect amount of meat. The garlic noodles and pork belly was my favorite. The pork was so crunchy yet still juicy. There's a green sauce for your noodles which was absolutely addicting. The Thai tea here was legit, on the level of any boba shop. I definitely recommend Saiga if you have never tried and craving some good Vietnamese food!

There aren't many quality Vietnamese spots near me so Saiga is now my go-to when I'm craving some! I ordered:GRILLED PORK VERMICELLI W/ EGG ROLLThe pork was so juicy and flavorful! The vermicelli and veggies were all fresh. The egg roll was crispy as it should be!KIMCHI FRIED RICE W/ PORK BELLY & FRIED EGGI was pleasantly surprised that the rice wasn't spicy so I was able to scarf it down like a champ. Pork belly was chopped up which made the scarfing down easy too and the fried egg gave it some extra oomph.LYCHEE LEMONADEYummy lychee and lemonade flavors really come thru! For the price point you do get big portions so it's worth it. Service was quick and easy and you order on the mounted screens inside or online ahead of time. It's a small shop in the Sky Park Business Center with a few tables inside but there is also seating outside. Go here if you want some authentic Vietnamese food in Irvine without having to drive to Westminster!

Finally had SAIGA, a charming Vietnamese eatery in Irvine. The space is small so we sat at outdoor seating area. Ordering through a tablet was a breeze, with a straightforward menu. The garlic noodles + with a fried egg, were the highlight of my meal—bursting with savory garlic flavors. My fav was also the bánh mì sandwich with barbecue chicken, elevated by an added fried egg. They were quick!! My food tasted like fresh ingredients and crisp sandwich in every bite. I’d come back for this!!

Dined at Saiga and tried the delightful pork belly garlic noodles and banh mi. The drinks were refreshing, and the ambiance was perfect with both indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, ample parking makes the visit hassle-free. A great spot for a satisfying meal!

Saiga's pork belly garlic noodles with an extra fried egg are a must-try! The green sauce adds an amazing kick, and the pork is a perfect balance of crispy skin and juicy meat. Quick and easy ordering with their two kiosks. Tried the lychee lemonade and Thai tea while waiting, and here's us enjoying our meal. Sadly missed out on the cookies (they sell out fast), but I'll be back for sure. Wish I lived closer for a daily lunch fix

This place was absolutely delicious and was such a hidden gem! I often get really overwhelmed with how crowded a lot of good restaurants can get in Irvine, but this place was great and had ample parking. I had the grilled pork banh mi combo with a lychee lemonade (if you order as a combo, it's $2 off). The grilled pork was tender and super flavorful. I also really loved the pickled carrots, which were a little sweet...and also super rare for me because I'm usually not a huge fan of pickled veggies, but this was too good not to eat up! The restaurant itself was on the smaller side, but we had no trouble finding a seat. I also tried some of my friend's order. She got the pork belly garlic noodles and a thai tea and she loved both of them! I also tried the pork belly and garlic noodles, which were super rich, flavorful, and delicious. The pork belly at some places is too oily or fatty, but this was just right! Service was also super quick and efficient. I'll definitely be coming back!

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is a local restaurant specializing in Vietnamese takeout and catering. A cozy little place tucked away in Irvine's business district, Saiga is delivering quality food to the community with excellent and speedy service. You can order on an iPad once you walk in, but don't worry there are still staff around if you had any questions. I got the Pork Belly Banh Mi and the Pork Belly Garlic Noodles and I was very pleasantly surprised. The garlic noodles packed a great flavor that paired so well with the crispy pork belly--their green sauce was also to die for (I love me a good sauce ‍). Their banh mi had plenty of meat and veggies and the baguette was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Their Vietnamese coffee was pretty good, but I preferred their Lychee Lemonade which was sooooooo refreshing. If you're looking for a quick and delicious Vietnamese meal, definitely come check them out!

A juicy dead fly in one of our bowls. Disgusting. Additionally disappointed the owner’s response was stingy. If I were the owner I’d be bending over backward refunding the whole order to win a customer back, rather than lose them forever… pretty disappointing.

One major negative is that there’s no restrooms and someone who suffers with IBD, that was a little uncomfortable.Their Pho is OK and would have earned them a 4 star but the pork belly sandwich has ensured they got the full 5 star. Truly incredible sandwich.
