My husband, son, his girlfriend, & I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Sauced BBQ & Spirits!! Since none of us had ever eaten there before, we decided to have the family-style feast called “The Smoke Show” in order to try a little bit of everything. That was a great decision, as we all loved trying the different meats and got to pick 3 sides. The corn bread and cinnamon butter were also delicious. The portions were extremely generous - not only were we all full, but there was enough to take home a sizable amount for lunches the next day. I highly recommend Sauced, and I can't wait to go back to try more culinary delights!

So sad. I loved this place a couple of years ago, but it has really gone downhill. The pork in my loaded Mac and cheese was acidic, almost like it was soaked in vinegar, and the whole thing was drowned in sauce. My husband’s sausage was dry, and the salad was frozen and thawing.

Leaving this here in case management sees, and hopefully fixes it because this place used to be so good. Meats were always fresh, and everything was freshly prepared and delicious. We want our favorite Texas bbq back.

The service was fantastic from the moment Mel greeted us and our server. They found a us a table where we could all watch our game. Food was fantastic , especially the burnt ends

The food is very decent, the prices are fair, the customer services was really good. It's a great place to watch sports with friends. The restrooms need more attention, they were a bit dirty, but otherwise I recommend it.

Just "Meh"... I mean, I couldn't help but compare it to Lucielle's BBQ... Lucielle's is so much better in my opinion, as far as the portion size (bigger), food quality (Lucielle's cornbread is moist and delicious, while Sauced's cornbread was flat and dry), the ambience (Lucielle's feels like you're in the South, and has beatiful artwork all over the walls, whicle Sauced has a TV on every wall, which makes me feel disconnected from the people at my table). Sauced was just okay, so I don't plan to go again. Whenever I've craving southern BBQ, I'm going to Lucielle's instead.

I ordered the Tri tip, brisket, sweet potato tots, Coleslaw and corn bread. Everything was delicious.

it was a slow night so we were served by two of the bartenders and they were absolutely amazing! the boy bartender (tall, shoulder length dark hair) greeted us as we arrived, gave us a personal tour of the menu, and even made a custom mocktail for us since we don't drink. they were incredibly attentive and friendly. absolutely outstanding service!

I've been to other Sauced BBQ locations and the food at the Irvine was by far the best. I would give 5 stars across but I felt the restaurant was understaffed. I felt our party had to constantly ask for refills and mention other lil items more than normal. Our waitress was great and other staff members were very polite. I also noticed that the staff never stopped moving with haste which I feel was really because of the right number of staff. I definitely will come back regardless.

The wait staff was fantastic! Food not so much. I was so excited about the fried pickles and jalapeños but one pickle chip and one jalapeño I was done with the appetizer. They were extremely over seasoned. They were out of all ribs so I improvised and went with wings, tri tip, and jalepeno sausage with cornbread and garlic mashed potatoes. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have sent all of that back as well. Sooooo much dry seasoning it killed all the flavor on every item I had. Super bummed because the menu sounds delicious

Service was great. Ribs were dry and hard, sausage was nice and spicy, but a bit dry. Corn bread was god, potato salad was also good. Brisket was also dry.

Waited at the bar top for over five minutes without any bartender there and left. Thursday night.

Was very excited to try this restaurant but the 5 of us left very disappointed. The service was extremely slow, the appetizer (pretzel) we ordered came with our entrees instead of before them and the dinners we ordered did not meet any of our expectations. Plus, it was pretty costly to boot. I don't like giving bad reviews but we will not be returning.

Good Service 👍

However, if you’re gonna call yourself a “Barbecue Restaurant” then you need to have a menu that caters to various tastes like Lucille’s and others have.

No Baby Back ribs ?? Oh my gosh!

Metal chairs at the Bar and eating areas??
Oh my gosh!

The only ribs on the menu were St. Louis Spareribs and were nothing to bring us back.

I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and I will give you my best opinion that will hopefully be of use to make your restaurant successful. Your Google rating is a 3.

CLASS IT UP . . .

Add more Wine choices with higher caliber brands … Yes we heard that you were all about Hard Drinks and Beer.

Dump the Metal chairs.

Online Menu allows various selections that turn RED when clicked, and shows NO DETAIL. Oh my gosh!

Anyway, best of luck to you that’s it for now hopefully we will return someday, but probably not.

Service Staff was outstanding and were very accommodating. The food was good and the recommendations made by our server, Caleb, was great. Sauces were fantastic. Though the taste of the meats were good, they were a bit on the dryer side.
