Made a reservation for 6 people. We were seated upon arrival. Drink order went in first. Service was good and time for drinks were with in normal time limits. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great place to hangout and socialize.

Sauced should be renamed “Sucked”. Food was less than mediocre, service terrible. We went as a group of friends for happy hour and the last friend showed 2 minutes before happy hour was over (when everyone else waited 40 minutes) to be told no you can't have the happy hour menu. One of our friends never got to order her drink and they made her wait 30 minutes for it before she could cheers with us.We didn't want to spoil the vibe and went along with the bad service, but it took off from there. Not enough plates, nor utensils, drinks were not great and the meat was dry and non tender. Cornbread was stale. Every time we would turn to request something from the waiter he would disappear quickly. Embarrassed I suggested coming here to my friends. And it was so expensive for the low quality and service. They were not even busy. Hardly any full tables. For good reasons. Will never come back.

We're originally from the Bay Area, lived in Pleasanton and frequented Sauced in Livermore many times. We were happy to see it in Irvine and were not disappointed with our experience. Loved Sauced in Livermore and we love it here in Irvine. We'll be back again and again.

Our server was horrible. He kept fist bumping my teenager after everything he said, it was super awkward and inappropriate. It was Fathers Day and we wanted to order apps, entrees and dessert and he kept mentioning how much food we were ordering. Between the three of us we ordered 1 apple, 3 entrees and 1 dessert. He mentioned on more than one occasion how much food that was and how he didn't know if we would need all that food. It was very offensive. Plus, if I was a server, I would want my guests to order as much food as possible. Our dessert took over 20 minutes to come out. After we ordered I noticed him at the greeter stand talking to the girls that were up front. Not only did he not order our dessert, but our waters and beverages were empty and our entree plates were not cleared. After about 20 minutes he looked at us and ran into the kitchen. At this point we were ready to leave. I understand that holidays can be busy and it was, but his service was horrible. They were under staffed in all departments but that doesn't excuse the actions from our server and his inappropriate comments and behavior. We will never return

Our first time and loved it- food was really tasty. The menu had great unique selections and I want to come back and try everything else. Cocktails were cool too. Server was very friendly. Will be back.

Great service, yummy food worth the wait for Tomahawk... been going to this place since its early start in Livermore, Cali!

Great service!! Our server DanO was fantastic and the food was delicious. I have food allergies and he was 100% helpful in navigating the menu. Will be back!

Pretty good fried pickles. The meat didn't taste like it was cooked fresh, which is understandably difficult to do.

Dinner took over 45 minutes to get. There is no help whatsoever. Went to the manager. No Help there either.

Sauced recently introduced smoked prime rib. This very hard to find dish is a huge hit for us and it's what has shortened our time between visits. We only wish they would promote it more using table top tents or simply adding it to the chalk board at the front door. It's easy to overlook on the menu. A couple of things we would change: 1) get a bigger bowl for the salads. And serve it with two sides of dressing. 2) serve the prime rib on a plate. The bowl is just plain weird.

Three of the four of us ordered brisket. It was very dry and hard to eat. It's also very loud. The only positive about our experience was our waitress.

Good traditional American bbq at a local establishment in Irvine is a treat- one of my faves. Drink menu is special, unique, inventive. Whiskeys are their specialty. My favorite is the Southern Peach Tea cocktail. Delicious! Tri tip and brisket are terrific. Sides are really good too. We love the Brussels sprouts which incorporate their pork belly. The pork belly is taaaaasty! We came here for my birthday and everybody in my family easily found meals they really enjoyed. Fun atmosphere, especially if you like sports, which we do. They had all the football and basketball games playing on tvs on each wall but on silent so you can have conversation and enjoy your food. Staff is really nice, care about the food and drink and customers. They're knowledgeable and helpful.
