Food is good and flavorful, and it was ready in 5 minutes. However I find the portion a bit too small for the price, at least for the house special boat noodle which is about 18 dollars. It had quite a lot of meat but the amount of noodles was quite small and I wasn't able to be full.

Had tom yum noodle soup today. The broth was clean and flavorful. The owner was really nice and friendly. Food ready in 10-15 minutes. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing. Ordered the wonton/egg noodles and a wonton soup which were so good I came back. The sausage appetizer was good and I'm sure it's great in soups. House Special Beef Boat Noodle was awesome highly recommend. Good prices for the quality

being my first time the lady working the front was very helpful and friendly. it's located in a food hall. my beef thai boat noodle soup was tasty especially being a "chilly" day. unfortunately i didn't receive any tripe as i saw on other yelp photos. as well i ordered the "fat" noodles, don't know if it was intended but my "fat" noodles weren't noodle ribbons but a bunch of small broken pieces. the flavor was delicious therefore i'll be back to try their other noodle soup meals.

Order the beef boat noodle soup and Tom yum noodle soup. Both were extremely flavorful and are a bit on the sweet side. Ordered one spicy and one medium. Definitely get mild if you can't handle spice. Medium was a bit borderline too much and spicy i had to take some breaks. 10/10 would come back and order again and try their other soups

Sen Noodle is located in Trade Food Hall, where there's semi outdoor seating. The service here was friendly, fast, and efficient. Today for lunch, I opted for the tom yum noodle soup with egg noodles, a dish I hadn't tried before. As a fan of tom yum, I was excited to give it a try. Unlike the hearty, family-sized pots of tom yum soup I usually share at other Thai restaurants, this version had a lighter flavor profile. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was light enough for me to sip it all down. The addition of fried wonton wrapper and fish balls added a nice seafood touch that I appreciated. However, I do wish they had larger portions. Despite having a smaller appetite than most, I didn't feel as full as I typically do after a noodle soup meal. At $18 per bowl, the price felt a tad steep given the portion size. Nevertheless, I'm intrigued to return and try other items in the future.

Sen Thai Noodle Bar is a very cute little authentic restaurant sitting in the middle of a food hall. The lady serving is always super sweet and helpful! The food itself is always amazing and hits the spot whenever I am craving some hot noodle soup. I've always gotten the pink noodles and this time I tried the Tom Yum Noodle Soup, which was equally as delicious.

I haven't had a chance to try their food yet but we came here for the mango sticky rice it was oh my god good! A little bit on the sweeter side but the warm fragrant sticky rice was soooo good and paired so well with the mango for $10 bucks. Pour that little coconut sauce on top and you'll be in heaven. Located inside the Trade food court, the food menu looks pricey with most dishes being over $16 but I will try if it's worth the price because I love their sisters Thai joint Tuktuk in the same food court.

Good soup options! Be careful they can be spicy but the flavor is delicious and noodles seem fresh

My wife and I love Tom yum noodle soup and though there are many Thai restaurants in OC, very few of them offer Tom yum noodle soup. Sen offers it in soup and dry form. Not having been to Thailand I can relate the flavor and quality to Vietnamese street food. The fried wonton skins reminds me of the hu tieu back in Saigon. The soup is well balanced with the tart, sweet, and spicy flavors you expect from a Tom yum. The noodles are perfectly cooked, as you can really mess up rice noodles by undercooking, which will cause them to soak too much brother or overcooking making them too soggy. The ground pork, fish balls, and fish cake are all what I expect. The dried brine shrimp are of higher quality than I'm used to and was a pleasant surprise. I wish the dry version of the soup came with a side of soup as it is too dry. I used some of the pickle juice in the included jalapeño to add some liquid to the dry version and that made it much better. Only reason I'm knocking down one star is for the dry version of this soup. Was still tasty but I was really hoping for more liquids I could add in to taste, similar to what I would do a Hu Tieu Trieu Chau (iykyk). If this place were closer to home there would be no doubt it would be part of the regular takeout rotation. Instead it will be a go-to lunch choice when I am working in-office down the street. If Sen were at Garden Grove Steelcraft I think it would be a huge hit.

Got the House Special Beef Boat Noodle and it's good. Dare I say best in south OC? It's $18 for such a small portion tho, and my bowls are filled with bean sprouts so 4 stars. I hardly had any noodles or meat. I asked for extra spicy, and they were not afraid plus a rack to add more which made me happy. I finished my bowl and was still hungry so I got boba and donuts next door. Honestly could eat 2 bowls easily.

I have to say, this place is a pleasant surprise. Really small and prices weren't cheap so I was thinking.... This better be good. And it was. Everything was good. We had the spicy wontons, the Tom yum soup and the beef pho. It was all super good. The lady behind the counter was really nice and the food came out fast. We finished with the mangoes and sticky rice and that was also nice and sweet with really ripe mangoes. Definitely a repeat visit in my future.

I wish the portions were a little bigger here because the food is delicious. I had been wanting to try Khao soi and finally had the chance. The noodles were crisp and the sausage was well flavored with a little kick. The house beef noodle soup had lots of different meats to try; the rice noodles reminded us of pho. Both of the broths were tasty. The only downside is how hot the day was-though I'm often told when hot, eat hot.
